The gallery isn't large and to an extent is quite specialist. I would check their website and see if there are any talks or an opportunity to visit their house over the road from the gallery to get full value for your trip. And visit the chapel just down the hill too.

You can skim through in an hour, but I suggest between 2-4 hours to have a proper appreciation.

An hour perhaps unless one is an art fanatic ! We are not. But the Gallery has now bought and refurbished the Watts' home 'Linnerlease' up the hill about 200 yards from the Gallery. Where Watts did his painting. Suggest not omitting a visit. And about 400 yards away is the stunning Watts Chapel. Well worth seeing. So if it is a one off visit one can spend a couple of hours + enjoying the Watts experience.

I would allow 1 hour for the main gallery, extra time for the café. A walk to the chapel is about another 30 minutes to allow for the walk between the gallery and the chapel and time there. I would allow 2-3 hours for Watts Gallery

Up to an hour for the gallery but longer if you use the tea room as well.

Depends how in depth you want to look at the paintings and how much info you want to read. But 1-2 hours would be fine. Make sure you take the 5mins walk to the chapel as it is well worth it and all made by the villagers and Mr Watts wife.
