Does anybody have any advice on restricted view seats?
I'm looking at buying stalls tickets for the back on the left if you're facing the stage (S20 - 21)
They say restricted but it's hard to tell if it's bad or not and theatremonkey hasn't got much to say!
Suggest you ring the theatre. They are very helpful and honest about the views from seats.
There are a number of slender pillars in the stalls. They do distract from the play, based on observing people in those seats. I’d avoid if you can.
If you look on theatre seat checker and put the seats in you can read people’s reviews- find this very reliable.
Sorry for the delay in answering.
sorry. can't help with that. As a rule I don't buy seats id'd as restricted view, just in case
If the theatre says the seats have a restricted view then you should believe it. Select other seats.
We got last minute tickets, restricted view and it was quite a pain. There were empty seats in front so we moved down and the view was much better.
There are small pillars which restrict a certain part of the stage, hardly a deal breaker, but do try and get centre seats wherever you are sitting as there is a lot going on all around the stage and you may not be able to see it from one/restricted side.
We requested change upon arrival and they were very accommodating. Small venue. You can’t be too far away, wherever.
Sorry, that's one answer I don't have.
I went for the front row above the stalls. saw everything.
