I would like to know why, when I arrived at Pearson airport at midnight and called for the shuttle, I was told I did not have a reservation for the night of March 15 !

I was given a number to call and it turned out to be a call centre in ASIA. A second call informed me that the shuttle would be along in TWO HOURS!

I trust there will be no charges to my credit card as the alternative I was left with cost me TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS !

Sorry to hear that you encountered a back experience --- did you call or contact the hotel prior to arriving to share that you were a late arrival and confirm the pick-up locations?

WHT did you send your question/complaint to another guest who stayed at the Quality Suites some time ago. Why don't you send your message directly to the hotel instead of wasting my time???
