Ive booked through the Marriott website and am trying to message them but no one is replying. Does anyone have a direct email address for this hotel?
I was struggling also to get an email address - in the end I called them using Skype as cheaper than international call from the UK.
If this is regarding an upgrade to a falls view room. I would wait until you are there. I upgraded in the middle of August without any problems
