I needed to contact property mgmt directly myself before our stay. Rather than having to email the property manager directly, you can contact Hyatt customer service. They will make sure any special requests are noted on your reservation.
For example, it was our anniversary. I wanted champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in the room when we arrived. Not only did they take care of it, they also had an Happy Anniversary banner on the door.
Get an answer from Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos staff and past guests.
