National Palace (Palacio Nacional) Questions & Answers

Bruges, Belgium

Hi everyone, I have a question, I'm reading in my travel guide that you have to book this in advance. Is this necessary? If so, where can I do this?

Hola, una duda, estoy leyendo que hay que reservar de antemano. Este es correcto y donde lo puedo hacer?

No reservations are required.........if planning a visit, would recommend during the week and avoid busy weekends (holidays). You must leave your passport with one of the security guards and pick it up at the end of the tour. Not to worry they are very organized. Enjoy!

No, and admission is free but what you do need to get in is your passport. We entered with no booking in July.

To the best of my knowledge, it's not possible to reserve in advance. And it's certainly not necessary. Admission is free. The line and wait may be long - When my wife and I visited on a Sunday we waited about 30 minutes. But the wait was well worth it, and I imagine the line would not be as long on a weekday. Be sure to bring you identification with you, as it is required for entry.

not at all. No resevations are are required. But you must have with you a valid ID to get in/No se necesita reservación alguna. Lo que si importa, en cambio, es llevar una identificación oficial.

We did self guided tour with no reservation. They did seem to be watching the number of people entering, so possibly they can cut off the amount of people allowed at somepoint?
