I booked directly with the hotel in April 2017 for vacation March 2018. Now that it is owned by Playa I called to check me reservation. Playa has no record of it. I also saw that booking now on the website it would be $1000 cheaper. I called Sanctuary to cancel and the lady told me to e-mail her. The first e-mail was returned. Does anyone have a valid e-mail for the hotel that I can request cancellation
