Does anyone ever get a reply from the fairway regards to complaining?
I've not heard a thing! No apology, nothing
The email address doesn't work and they responded to my first Facebook message then ignored the rest asking for another email address message my complaint
We made numerous verbal complaints, some of which were acted upon but generally we did not think it worthwhile to put in a formal complaint. The whole operation was so disorganised that it was unlikely that we would get any sense from the management (if indeed there was any as we saw little evidence of it) . Next time we go to Barnsley we will simply stay elsewhere.
No, clearly not bothered! :-(
We never received any response to our comments. We will be going to Barnsley again in April next year but will be looking for another hotel so stay in
