i just want to make the best of these three days in Tokyo Dec 20-24
It's depends on your interest.
BUT we recommend two days in Tokyo and 1 day for day-trip to Mt. Fuji or Disney sea etc.
Here is sample 2-days itinerary in Tokyo.
Day1: WEST SIDE OF TOKYO
-Harajuku & Meiji shrine
Day2: EAST SIDE OF TOKYO
-Tsukiji fish market
-Hamarikyu Garden or Imperial palace
-Odaiba or Akihabara

I would forget Mt Fuji unless you're going in the winter when you have a 50% chance of seeing it without the clouds. I'd pick things that interested me. A general bus tour of the city on your first day gives you an idea of where things are and what you wish to explore more. But in Tokyo you have the worlds largest fish market, and although only a few people are allowed in to watch the actual buying and selling of tuna from around the world, for those who are interested in food, the food tour is not to be missed.
If you have limited time, going oh these food and drink tours through Japan Wonder Travel is a great option. In 4 hours, you can see and experience a lot. It will save you time, not to mention having some great tour hosts who will keep you entertained.
