Hi, I'm having great difficulty making contact with you, therefore using this trip advisor site: I made a booking with you earlier today approx 3 - 4 pm. At the very moment the confirmation page appeared on my iPad the screen faded as my battery was flat. Since then I have been unable to find this confirmation and would be grateful if you will forward it again please.

Are your accessible rooms on the ground floor, or do you have to use the lift? Do the accessible rooms have wet rooms?
I am considering staying here but when I book it says Family Room and does not give an options for the type of room. What type of room is a family room at this hotel?
