I would like to know how you think that it is right to over charge a customer for a gym membership and then tell them you’ll get it sorted but then do not get in touch with the customer for over 3 weeks, despite multiple emails being sent. If you want to be ripped off and receive appalling customer service then join the Merrill gym.
I stayed in this hotel in November 2015. After my bad review and so many others why are you still selling unfit rooms to unsuspecting people. The hotel has been undergoing a refurb well before I had the misfortune of staying, you seem to be wrecking any possibility of anyone returning to stay when it is finished, as you are still blatantly taking money for these horrible filthy rooms.
Why is it that this woman who is replying to all the reviews just copies and paste a reply which just yet again shows their lack of professionalism from the top of the ladder to the bottom, she is showing complete disregard for customers reviews and showing sheer laziness to help her customers. 99% of her replies have nothing to do with the persons review itself just talking about the same stuff for every person and 99% of the time doesn't concern their review or needs. Very poor management ones again.
