I notice that you're pet friendly. Do you have rooms that are reserved for no pets or have all rooms had pets in them?
What confirmation is provided to guests? I failed to receive a hotel confirmation and was told the website was down/had glitches the night I tried to reserve the room. I gave up on the reservation and found a room charge on my credit card 6 months later without any phone calls or confirmation that I had booked a room.
