I have been trying to contact the Hotel with no luck. 3 emails, 3 phone calls, today I tried whatsapp. I'm still waiting. We have reservation coming this month. I want to know about tours, meal plans, how long in advance should we schedule a massage? Are they soooo laid back that they don't answer emails?Is it a reception problem? Has anyone had the same experience?
We are looking forward to our visit in February 2019. We were sold on this hotel almost immediately. However, since this is our first time to Bacalar, we were hoping to see the town and a few of the ruins in Chetumal. Does the hotel offer any kind of transportation or tours of these sites at an extra cost?
