We recently went on the Bliss through the Panama canal and Loved it Bar Tender Germain was always so nice and remembered so much Our room steward Johndale is so thought full and did an amazing Job We saw Jersey boy and I meet with the designer at the bar such and polite amazing woman unfortunately I dont remember her name The food at the local was very very good and the service was very fast and friendly The Garden buffet is Huge, and there is nothing missing as far as food goes staff are all so friendly and helpful we really enjoyed the bands at the pool as well We booked everything through NCL Flights transfers and our flight was late getting into Miami and they held the ship for us The rep at the airport was so understanding All in all for our first cruise is was spectacular!!!! Keep it up NCL

Princess Cruise is a wonderful cruise line! NCL with book flights to return the following day of your Cruise arrival. The staff will lie and say they spoke to you and Management finds this acceptable. They do not care if your child has medical Conditions nor Will they respond to a request for a call back! Despicable & evil company with discriminatory practices allowed by management

There are 8 restaurants you have to pay extra for. Five that are included, which includes the buffet. But if you want to eat beware of long lines and plan ahead. Getting off the ship is a nightmare. I've been standing in line for 4 hours with no end in sight. If you want to walk on a treadmill great but if you prefer any other kind of exercise like rowing machines or bikes there are only 2 so good Luck. Also if you want to relax in a chair by the pool you better save it by 6am. Staff is kind but over worked. Book shows right away as they are limited on space. The Beatles shows are amazing and staff is hardworking and considerate. I stayed in a club suite which was very nice and clean.

We have sailed with Norwegian many times it seems to be getting worse. They clearly do not have enough staff. You wait in lines for everything you do. You could wait an hour to get sat for dinner. There are too many people on this ship. If you can find a place to sit and relax for the day you are fortunate. Many people will take up a whole couch in the lounge or on deck all day so no one else can sit. The Beatles were great, we saw them 8 times but you have to get reservations for most of the other entertainment. The staff is fantastic but you can tell they do not have enough help. We waited for a long time to get served once we were sat for dinner. Getting off the ship was a complete nightmare. We waited until our color tag was called and it was a 4 hour wait on our feet to leave the ship and go thru customs in LA. I have other cruises booked and I plan on cancelling. The workout area has too many treadmills. Only half of them get used. If you're looking for a bike or row machine. Good luck! It's a shame, we used to look forward to this type of travel because of the convenience. It's no longer enjoyable when you get thrown off the ship and wait hours to get to the airport.

What a ship!! It was really stunning. The staff was very accommodating too. Food was the best part of it all. The only downside it being such a big boat service was a little slow, but other than that, I loved it!!
