What a lovely crew, could not be more professional and friendly. Stewards in our room, James/Rangga/Larren, absolute stars. In the whole a lovely experience. I do have some comments to make but these are only my thoughts. I think the cabins need a little TLC as they were a little shabby, maybe some toiletries in the bathroom would be nice. The TV should have options to purchase movies as some people like to relax at night in their cabin. My only real issue is that there should be shuttle buses from every port to take you into the towns etc. This aside everything was excellent. Thank you.

Just back from a week on the discovery 2, we celebrated our golden wedding and I had a big birthday, there is not one thing we could fault it was absolutely amazing , we dined in the surf n turf the night of our golden wedding the staff and food were amazing, food in all areas were amazing, thanks go especially to our house keeping staff, June, jelanie, & Veera on deck 6. 10 out of 10 they went out of there way to decorate our room and leave towel art on our bed every night, they deserve a pay rise they helped make our holiday special, we have booked again for next year, thank you all at discovery 2 for giving us a fantastic time.

Itinerary had some very good ports of call, New York, Miami, Key West, Charleston etc, sailing from Port Canaveral. TUI excursions we found were well organised, loved the Kennedy Space Centre visit. Outside cabin on Deck 3 was reasonable inside but the décor was a little tired, nothing special really, terrible noise was experienced from above on Deck 4 from the decks being cleaned at 6am every morning. Free Safe in Cabin worked well. We enjoyed the food options available in the restaurants. Staff generally all very friendly, our Cabin Steward was absent minded as every day they forgot something or other. Sun bed area on Deck was very busy, sun beds crammed in too close together. Entertainment was pretty decent, we especially enjoyed the Band Muzik Unlimited. Daily quizzes were fun in the Squid and Anchor. Basic All-inclusive drinks were ok, be nice if a few more cocktails were included though, and there were a few more Bar area waiting staff at busy times. Jerome was the best Waiter we found, in the Live Room, near the Casino side. Enjoyed the small Casino, but you need to check that the Staff pay you the correct chips when pushing them over to you on the Roulette Table. Overall, we had a decent holiday, and we didn’t let the few problems we had spoil it.
