My family took a 5 day Royal Caribbean cruise on Harmony of the Seas in Nov 2022. We stopped in the Bahamas, Jamaica, and Haiti. The first half of the cruise was great, despite the rainy day in Bahamas. The buffet cafeteria was not great food, but I could count on it to have chicken fingers, fries, burgers and hot dogs for an easy lunch for my kids. The best food for breakfast and dinner was at the main dining hall with wait staff, we chose the 5pm dining time which worked well for young children and meant we dis not have to wait for someone else to finish eating. The juice bar at the spa was great, good options for those who like smoothies and homemade juices. We got the upgraded drinks which was great and would do again, we took our cups everywhere and were never thirsty. My kids loved the water slides, basketball and ping pong tables, the rock climbing was great. The kids club was a blessing in disguise, kids liked going there and gave my husband and I some time to spend together. The zip line had very limited hours and we could never catch the right timing. The shows were fun and night entertainment was good. Most of the arcade games were broken. We did get sick halfway thru the cruise and some of us were put on quarantine, the clinic was difficult to find and hard to get an appointment with. Royal Caribbean comped all movies during that time and called to check in and bring room service. Aside from getting sick, we had a good time and were able to unplug. would go on another Royal Caribbean cruise…

Anthem of the seas with Royal Caribbean is the best! We tried other cruise ship, but I think my family enjoy Anthem the most. The house keepers are super nice and helpful. They answered my questions in patience and timely manner. The help desk is always there and unlike other companies all ways on hold. Main dinning room is amazing. The food are fresh and nicely delivered. Our waiter Thomas is great. He always gets our orders right and gives us great recommendations of the menu. Last but not least, the photographers team is fantastic. They are professional and experienced. They even taught my kids and me do the poses and made us less shy. The pictures turned out great and we had hard time to choose which ones to buy. There was a girl with short hair and nice smile( sorry I forgot her name), she ‘s really friendly and efficient to help me out on Day 7. Kudos to her. In conclusion, we are really enjoy the vacation with Anthem. If there is anything to be improved is the Internet/ app. We have older people or younger kids without a phone, messaging with the app is a little difficult. I saw some people leave their notes on their door to tell the family who don’t know how to use the app. But anyway, we loved everything about Anthem. And we had a great time. We will keep talking about this memory for years.…

Food was mediocre, except at Chops. Service good to excellent. Suite was worn, many nonfunctional issues. Furniture was old, worn, and stained. Packages and excursions were just ripoff’s Would not recommend

We went on Harmony due to it going to Aruba. Never been there. Been on the ship before. Didn't like it then and like it less now. 6,300 passengers and couple thousand crew. Yes too many people. Always crowded and never enough chairs or seats. Food was awful in dining room and Windjammer. Royal Caribbean is now pushing a very left wing agenda in my opinion. Homosexuality is wonderful to them. I don't care your preference but don't push it in my face. The last night they had a cabera thing in the big theater. The singing was more like screaming and several so called men from the plays performed. They were happy to tell us they came out. One thanked his mom for letting him wear a dress at six. Another did a bad song about tongue kissing. Really classy stuff RC. Everything now is to the favor of RC. You can't even get a glass of iced tea on this ship. Ever! Pizza was worse than frozen type. They have game shows in tiny venues. Over crowded and no place to sit. They have lots of vulgar stuff and don't enforce their own age rules. We will never take a child on RC. Be warned!! What you do is your business and same for me!…

We loved our Harmony of the Seas cruise this January. Such a delightful time to get away in the middle of winter. The cruise director, dining staff, buffet staff, room staff, spa staff, dance instructors, art staff, musicians, and activities staff were all so great, kind, and accommodating. The food was delicious. We enjoyed activities from morning till late night. We wondered how it would be since it is their smallest line and we were thrilled with the service and would definitely book again.…
