Harmony of the seas is an amazing ship. The different neighborhoods , food options, activities and entertainment was awesome! We met the captain on an elevator and he was extremely friendly and nice! Sorrentos's pizza was our go to late night snack! and a shout out to Caryn ( Casino Royal Host) who was so friendly helpfull and informative! Also to Dede our cabin attendant! who was so friendly , and attentive ! I highley recomend Harmony of the seas! 10 out of 10!

Worst experience ever I had with a cruise line. They just cancelled our reservation it’s sailing today. With all planes we made to have a vacation they just simply cancelled on us and they said I called and cancelled it!!! I told them I never did that asked to listen to recorded call and phone number they didn’t provide and told me cruise ship is full! So disappointed with their customer service 😒

We all had a great time on this great ship. Toni on Deck 11 was an amazing steward. Eric in Wonderland was a superb waiter and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience. Satria and Grace Ann in the Main Dining took GREAT care of us. The shows were wonderful, especially the ice skating and water shows. Super high quality. Drink package and wifi were both good. Maybe a little pricey but good value.

Nice ship - service? Cattle car at best. Think spending $$$$ will set you apart? Think again. You can drop thousands at lux stores et al - and you'd have better experience at Hometown Buffet. Pick a smaller ship. This one is a municipal bus on the water. I am writing this review from the boat itself during my miserable trip.

Wow how frustrating. You would think the $1500.00 to get in would be enough for a good time?? Think again!! That will only get you an overrated cabin to sleep in and 0%fun. I don’t know if Covid made cruising like this but this is the literal definition of corporate greed over customer experience. I’m going to list below the hidden charges we experienced as I think this was the missing part from our research prior to buying the tickets: 1) Parking - 140/ trip including the car cover as this most likely will be outdoors exposed to the elements near the sea. 2) Porter - We avoided this by carrying our stuff but for a bigger family, be ready to pay cash as they demand it. 3) As soon as you exit port your phone is useless unless you use the Royal Caribbean app which is very slow and takes time off your vacation just waiting for it to load. For you to connect to Voom or Starlink internet however you want to call it, it’s $254.90 per line. In our case this was non negotiable so we payed it but if you can live without your phone for a week, avoid it. As far as speed, I got to be fair, it was just like on land. 4) First day, they will try HARD to sell you on the BOGO deluxe drink package which is $800.00 for the first person (all drinks $14 and under are free) and 50% off the second person. You can only buy this offer on day one and you are thinking all day if you should do this as drinks are $14.00 a piece in general without gratuities. We decided to try the drinks to see if they were any good and they gave us a nice Pina Colada but the bartender was visibly angry we didn’t buy the BOGO. We did not buy the BOGO and we did not regret it as drinks do change after day 1. Pina Coladas are not the same anymore, watery and light. 5) Food - OMG free restaurants are bad. You need to cherry pick the good stuff out of a million options but definitely overall it is at best mid. Even the scheduled dinner which was at 745 every day in our case was a mixture of fine dining without the good food or service. Good food has an extra price tag and they will sell you all over with ads in the ship on these restaurants and how good they are. We did not try a single one so could not tell you if they are any good. 6) Land excursions: We booked two tours but will leave out of this discussion since it’s external to RC. $240.00 7) Spa: A lot of the activities on their calendar involve a free massage taster. We went to one and my beautiful GF bought a couples massage although I tried to convince her not to. Massage was ok but it was $400 and they STILL try to sell you some bull creams…after the massage for like 20 minutes!! 8) Room service - Continental breakfast is free but be ware of the $18.00 per trip hidden service fee. That’s if you can even get ahold of room service as you will need to wait on the phone about 5 minutes for them to pick up. They also messed up every single day on the actual things we ordered. 9) Don’t buy alcohol on the ports. We bought a $70 bottle and got confiscated when re-entering ship. Dude actually said thank you when he took it off our bag. I took a closer look and it was the same dude who tried to sell me on the BOGO and made our first Pina Colada. At this point I was just mad I booked this trip. 10) Soda/Water. Yup you guessed it. Empty fridges with two cups in the bathroom and the soda machine only works with a special cup that we didn’t buy. We don’t know how much that cup costs but I’m sure you can easily find out. 11) Activities in ship - $$ Varies. Some are free but beware because these “teasers” are done by experienced salespeople. In conclusion, if you have very very deep pockets, be my guest give them your money and you might have a good time but in our case, we are hard working Americans and for this amount of money will take the vacation of our life elsewhere.
