My family and I haven’t even taken the cruise and I already want to cancel. 1. They open up the excursion booking at midnight. No one told us it opens at midnight, you need to go in make your excursion bookings. Otherwise they won’t be available. 2. If your family has more than 4 people, you will have to toggle back and forth between staterooms. Causing confusion, delays, and possible missed bookings. Basically- so in efficient and so infuriating! 3. People that pay more money get to book their excurions 120 days before anyone else. One I find this unfair. However, if this is your policy then tell us. We would have paid more. They told us that it was given to people that have sailed with them before, but this is not true. We are going with family who does Disney stuff every year. Even they are frustrated. I won’t visit Disney, and now I won’t be going on another cruise.…

This was a great trip if you enjoy small, over-crowded swimming pools, packed food venues, surprise charges and noise, noise, noise!!! And I would think that with the prices Disney charges, free wi-fi would be nice. I wouldn't pay $30 a day. However, the staff was amazing. I don't know how they can keep on smiling. (By the way, Disney automatically charges gratuities.) The magician, John Cassidy, was terrific. Too bad he won't be appearing on any more cruises. The Oceaneers Club was well organized. One of our granddaughters (8) loved it. The 6 year old did not. The food was good, especially in the restaurants. But the options for children were limited. No PBJ sandwiches any where. One granddaughter ate macaroni and cheese every night. The cabin was very clean with plenty of storage and worked well for our party of 2 adults and 2 children. The swimming pools were a disappointment. Too many kids in a very small space. There are 2 pools, but one was closed down for a day. There were so many kids in the remaining pool, that my granddaughters were frightened. (And I was too.) Never-the-less, our girls had a great time, but then this was their first cruise and had nothing to compare it to.…

Booked a 4-day cruise to the Bahamas of which we spent 3 days dealing with food poisoning. Just our luck, I guess.

Things we enjoyed - Some of the staff were incredible and went above and beyond. The warm weather and the certified scuba port excursion in Cozumel were memorable in the best way. Beauty and the Beast was very well done. The pre-noon drink specials had reasonable prices if you wanted one that early. Room for improvement- The dining rooms are very noisy, making family conversation a challenge. Photographers focus on those with small children - photographers roamed the dining room but we only got one family photo opp and that was on pirate night not the dress-up dinner night. Given the prices to purchase photos, combined with the 2-hour dinner each night (families with children don’t panic, you were served faster which makes sense), getting a family photo should’ve been easier! Charging that much for water AND not allowing you to bring your own in unlimited quantities is absurd! The closing night musical storyline was the same from our 2015 cruise on the Disney Fantasy. All that money per person from every cruiser and Disney can’t even develop a new storyline for a 1-hour show featuring Disney songs after nearly 8 years? Buffet options were much better than on non-Disney cruises, but the sit-down dinner options had good nights and mediocre ones. Don’t even try it - Don’t waste money on the Castaway Cay glass bottom boat Port Adventure. We thought it was a great multi-generational family activity but it was a rip-off. $59 per person for a brief boat ride to another portion of the bay, 2 fish varieties visible for a couple minutes while they slow down and let you throw a couple tablespoons of oats over the edge to watch the fish jump, then you return to port. Not even close to entertaining for anyone and a terrible value!…
