- Heli PHelsinki, Finland6,406 contributionsThe story of her life with many tragic episodes is told on film by Paula herself. Luckily she managed to receive also fame as the outstanding red museum was built in 2009, she died in 2022. All her works are based on a story, some ancient, many modern which she first forms by dressing real people to their given roles or uses self made puppets. My first encounter with her mesmerizing art was years back in London where she studied. This pilgrimage to Cascais was most satisfying as few of her paintings can be found in Lisbon.Written 20 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA16,858 contributionsA beautiful location, adjacent to the center of town with the shopping, eating and strolling. Also next to the central beach. If you like yachts, this is the place for you to do some window shopping and dreaming.
