This was a fun day in and out of the water. Despite the rain and minimal dolphins, our guide was very accommodating and friendly which made for a nice trip. You cant control dolphins so if you want to get a good chance at swimming and seeing a pod of them I strongly recommend going as early as possible.
Driver did not have our name, wasted 10 minutes while we were right in front of him. He expected only one person. The tour was wonderful, except we expected a tour of Stonetown as well..3 in 1??? The guide was absolutely fantastic. Cannot remember his name, but he is on the photograph.
Ali and the crew looked after well. The water was clear and warm. Quite a few fish to be seen. The food which was cooked on board was much needed after the Snorkeling.
Though not quite as flexible as seals, some dolphins can briefly travel at speeds of 29 kilometres (18 mi) per hour or leap about 30 feet (9.1 m)Dolphins use their conical teeth to capture fast-moving prey. They have well-developed hearing which is adapted for both air and water. It is so well developed that some can survive even if they are blind. Some species are well adapted for diving to great depths. They have a layer of fat, or blubber, under the skin to keep warm in the cold water.
Amazing day at the beach.. amazing moment at the prison...felt amazed by the locals ... I trully recomend to visit.. the waters are so cristal clear.. endless blue
A long and rather tiring trip by boat. It was very windy and there were not a lot of marine life to see, especially compared to the Maldives. The seafood picnic was nice, though. Overall, not to be advised by families with children or seniors,
Stone town tour was amazing. We did this tour with Nalisis he was very humble person explaining everything regarding to Zanzibar. He made our day by making us know a lot about Zanzibar.
Best way to spend a day out relaxing with your partner. We decided to rent this boat so we can escape the city life to the sea, we had enough time to spend on the ocean, swimming we had brought some lunch with us and drinks. The captain was really nice, and I could've sworn we saw some dolphins . Really beautiful day. Definitely worth it. Recommended
My family enjoyed everything about this trip. Our guide was nice and very knowledgable and the food was great. This private tour id definitely the way to go.
Julio gave us an unforgettable experience, he was helpful, professional and friendly. We went snorkelling and then Julio took us out of the way of the other boats and it honestly felt like it was just us in the whole of the Indian Ocean. It was so beautiful I nearly cried. We love animals and so were keen to avoid boats of tourists who go out of their way to bother the dolphins and disturb their feeding time and Julio not only supported this I think he was pleased about it too. He told us about how some companies chase the dolphins which frightens them during their feeding times so I was glad to be giving our money to someone who respects animals as much as we do. I wish we could have done it again and would pick Julio every time.
