    Worth a visit
    Well worth a visit. It cost 200 rupees each entry for tourists. As we entered we were approached and offered a guide for an hour. At 75rupees each it seemed silly not to - and we were right. The guide was very informative. We got so much more out of the visit than we would have done wandering around on our own. After our hour plus we continued exploring on our own. There are deer and giant tortoises in enclosures to see, but it’s all about the trees and plants. Important note- take and use mosquito repellent. There are lots of lakes and ponds therefore lots of mozzies.

    Eat Healthy
    Farmcity is a organic-based food plantation that makes nutritious vegetables accessible to everyone, without worrying about the handling and chemically treated vegetable sales. You may have to pay some extra bucks but for sure you will be eating healthy.

    Fantastic guide for fantastic tours!
    We met Christopher at the airport on arrival to Mauritius and after our ride with him to our hotel we decided that we would definitely like him to be our tour guide, so booked 5 day tours with destination soleil and requested to have him as our guide!
    He was absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him and he gave us so much information on the history of Mauritius and all throughout out tours, as well as lots of life lessons too!
    He was always on time, arrived with a smile on his face and was obviously passionate about what he did. This came through each time we went on a tour.
    We saw the north, the south, climbed a mountain, went to the capital and spent a day at Casela. The mountain hike was particularly spectacular and having Christopher as our private guide made us both feel much more comfortable about the task at hand. He was extremely patient and encouraging too.
    We were really sad to say goodbye!
    Thank you for a wonderful time and we hope to see you again soon!

    Very good service!
    Drivers were very nice and helpful,and always on time; the cars were new and clean. I was very happy with the service provided.

    The workshop - work, shop, learn, enjoy, relax
    The workshop is THE place should you wish to shop local in a different set up, or work in an amazing and original workspace where all facilites are put at your disposal..the place breaths creativity at all levels...the deco is just whaow, great Mauritian products are available at the shop and all the workshops proposed there are different and artsy for people of all ages, but are most importantly fun.. definitely worth a detour!

    Perfect for everybody
    Thank you for an amazing experience. We opted for guided tour and guide Devine was really wonderful, great woman, who showed us and explained everything in such patient way. If you go there definitely choose for guided tour, you can learn much more and ask many questions which we definitely had. The tour is amazing, I liked the shop and the products generaly. Trully recommend for everyone.

    i didnt like it
    when they saw tourist the start with price of 500 rupee, for locals is around 40 rupee. they stop everywhere and ask people to join them. better go by bus.
