The crowd however could be more organised as to maintaining separate entry and exit lines.

- anikarmdKaraikal, India26 contributionsWe once in a year visit Amma's amritapuri ashram apart from getting her darshan in Bangalore. Spirituality of place can't be explained it has to be experienced. So I prefer to share about humanity and hospitality there. All ashram volunteers are humble. Visitors can be of any language , there are volunteers to help visitors in their respective languages.
Accommodation is either at low/no cost. Food will be of Kerala flavour either it's of canteen one or ashram . For Maintenance in terms self-discipline, respect, clean and hygiene, i can rate 5+++... There is no direct airways or train. One can either reach Thiruvananthapuram or Kollam and from there one can get taxi or bus .
It's a marvelous experience, one has to experience it at least once on one's lifetime.Written 6 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
