The way to the temple takes a most scenic route of Deodar trees. The place is very serene, barely any people and the view of the Himalayas from the temple is mind blowing, capturing the entire stretch. The temple is peaceful and has a great energy, its a must visit in Ranikhet

The apple garden is deep inside army Cantonment but connected with good well maintained road by the army. The area as claimed by a guide is spread over 262 acres and involves steep climbing and walking after parking the car at free parking. Not approachable by elders or senior citizens and unless you are perfectly fit not advisable to spend time . Absolute no no for senior citizens

Visited Naukuchia Taal on a day trip from Nainital. It is around 9 km away from Bhimtal. The place offers nice scenic view. The place is less crowded and offers boating and other water activities. Several hotels, shops and eateries are available nearby to the lake. Overall a scenic and relatively calm place to visit.

A popular temple with the visitors, people pay their obeisance to the goddess deity by tying small bells wish making their wishes. The name of the temple comes from the hula on which the goddess rests. As for the innumerable bells that dot the premises and the wonderful feel it gives, you get it only when you visit in person. Enjoy the photos.

Mankameshwar Temple is a notable attraction of Ranikhet, the temple has been built by Kumaon Regiment. It is located in front of Gurudwara and Shawl Factory. Inside the temple, one can see the idols of Radha-Krishna, Ma Kalika and Lord Shiva. When we visited, the temple was almost empty, the ambience was peaceful and serene. The entire temple premises was well maintained.

Kalika temple is located around 1 km away from Golf Ground and 6 km away from the city. It is situated on mountains amidst beautiful natural view with around 50 plus steps, not much challenge to visit. The temple premises is reasonably maintained, the priests at times may be demanding, hence controlled interaction is recommended. Ma Kalika is the reigning deity and devotees visit the temple for blessing.

Small Jheel within the town with average surrounding. Nothing much to do barring paddle boat and few water sport activities, predominantly for kids / young generation. An average experience.

This nice Ram temple is just ahead of Jhula devi mandir on top of a hill. Temple has idols of Ram, Lakshman, Sita and Hanumanji. It provides a very good view of the hills around. The place is very peaceful.
