We went first thing in the morning while it was relatively cool. The caged birds were active although the bush birds were already quiet so didn't see much in the canopy. The whole place is beautifully set out, tidy and well maintained. If our kids were younger I am sure they would have loved the experience (we didn't take them they are 30 somethings)!

This is a National park. It is a beautiful hike through beautiful scenery. The hike is moderate. This park contains the largest sand dunes in the south Pacific. The dunes get very hot and you need to wear a tennis shoe for the whole hike. When you cross the dunes you will come upon the ocean with large waves. From the sea you will go back into the jungle filled with fruit bats, skinks and mongoose among other jungle friends. Best to go when the park opens at 8 am to avoid the noon day sun and high humidity. A must see.

Came to Nadi for a holiday and not impressed with the main beach there (Wailoaloa). Took a day trip to Malamala Is, worth it once but no need to return. Natadolo however is what we look for in a beach. Soft white sands, safe turquoise waters, reef snorkeling, and amazing sunset. We've spent 4 almost consecutive days making the 40min drive from Nadi to Natadolo we loved it so much. As for the beach vendors mentioned in other reviews, they're harmless and nothing like the predators some have made them out to be. They are polite and offer fantastic massages at around F$1 per minute, so a great price.

There are two resorts at the beach that offer day passes outside of peak times and we'd recommend this as the only public toilet is a hike and we only discovered it on our last day. The vendors and their families are beautiful friendly people and they'll happily keep an eye on your vehicle and possessions if you wander off for a couple of hours. For rookie snorkelers like us, the assortment of sea life is stunning and a short stroll off the beach in calm waters. High tide is the best time to visit but low tide allows other discoveries. Not a great deal of shade, a few palm trees to try and get to before others but by mid afternoon you'll be fully exposed with no where to hide (unless you're in the resort). Come prepared with food and drinks because you can't buy anything of that nature on the beach.

Awsome place, great people, we were welcomed with a kava and a very nice handcraft market then we spent such a good moment in the forest riding very sweet horses to the waterfall and had a fabulous splash in the river ♡

Operated by Sigatoga River Safari, this tour had all the hallmarks of their signature jet boat tour - funny, knowledgeable, kind and professional local people sharing a part of their life with tourists. Our tour guides Zac, Sadam and Moses were excellent. Both local men took us past their respective villages. After a welcome kava Ceremony with the village holy man we explored the caves. Getting into the cave was a bit tricky for a couple but with the kind assistance of the guides we all made it in. It was great to hear the stories of how the cave was used over the years - some just a bit terrifying.the lunch was modest but delicious and satisfying. A great adventure for my family. Thanks team

Crossing Beqa Lagoon by launch to Paradise Beach is magic on a sunny Fijian day. The views are spectacular and you are likely to see dolphins or if you are lucky, a turtle swimming lazily along one of the coral reefs you pass by.
Once at Paradise Beach the swimming is safe, calm and secluded, with clear, warm water and stunning sand and coconut trees to enjoy.
The service is friendly and food adequate, or, you can take your own.
If the weather is rainy, rough or very overcast it is not quite so enjoyable, but be quided by the Staff.
A great day out and within easy drive of Suva or the Coral Coast ....

We stopped here with our rental car on our journey south after visiting the Sand Dune National Park. After crossing the wide Sigatoka River, we followed it north for 3 miles along a slow dirt road, then climbed a hill to enter this gated archeological park. We met a welcoming docent from the village below, who accompanied us to a traditional building with a small museum. Below the tall vaulted beam structure, bound beautifully with sennett, there was a collection of original photos of the Tongan and Fijian warriors, descendents of the Tongans who came here in the early 1800’s. Most of the historic objects excavated here are now exhibited in the Suva Museum.
After paying 10 FJ(guided for 20FJ), I took the forested path up to a huge Beach Almond tree that continued upward to a leveled plateau that once held the chief’s bure. Today, it's an encompassing viewpoint of the river and the extended truck gardens on the opposite side.

I have been in Fiji for over 2 months. I have a dear friend who lives in Vatukarasa village, and I have met others who work in nearby Baravies that also live in the village. If you have the opportunity to spend any time at all in the village, you owe it to yourself to do so, if you have any interest in learning about Fiji Culture, this is a great start. The village is one of the larger on the coral coast in terms of population and land holdings. Primarily farmers, they also depend on the ocean as a prime source of food. Really a must visit if you have that opportunity.

There's a supermarket, several cafes, a few souvenir shops (limited opening times) and small dive shop that sells some random gear.

Best thing is Adorn Pacific Island Jewels and the cafes.

We played Natadola Golf twice in October 24. Beautiful Course with a great layout, challenging holes and fantastic views on the ocean. The people are extremely friendly, great service and excellent food! A great experience!

my husband and teen daughter done the zip line, this was a bit scary at 1st but they thoroughly enjoyed it.
we also went on the water slide, a little expensive, $55 for unlimited rides or $50 for one ride, we thouroghly enjoyed this as well, and the staff at this establishment were very cheeky and friendly.
fed the turtles at 3.30pm, this was fun.
Held iguanas as we entered the fun park.

very family friendly, with a splash park if you had little ones, and lovely gardens to walk through
