- inekesgWalnut Creek, CA137 contributionsVery nice hike with splendid views. For families with little children a nice walk, when it is to far you can return by navette to the parkingWritten 17 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Belinda PLondon, UK46 contributionsPuppies were so sweet to see and it wasted an afternoon just before we returned home after skis had been returned. Dogs were well looked after and happy but we didn't see any training at the time.Written 23 October 2012This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - trinhardBellingham, WA92 contributionsA fantastically twisty road up the steep hillside, with very little traffic and great views. A big relief from the heavy traffic of the iconic Stelvio, with similar fairly easy gradients but a much shorter climb. A unique rough little tunnel and picturesque ruins at the top. Well worth a pleasant relatively easy afternoon ride from Bormio. I was chased down by a thunderstorm and lightning, making the descent a bit more exciting than desired.Written 9 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bonnieness91Island of Malta, Malta235 contributionsWe were slightly put off by many negative reviews online but couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience.
The hotel is in the most beautiful location with spectacular views. Despite some areas of the spa being closed due to COVID-19 regulations there was still more than enough to do. It was the perfect place for a girls trip were we all needed to unwind.
We also found the staff to be incredibly accommodating and they were quickly able to resolve an issue when we were unsatisfied with one of the rooms we booked.
That being said I cannot rate the hotel 5 stars for a few reasons
- the lunch and dinner offerings are poor and rather expensive. This is particularly surprising since the breakfast selection is excellent. All the meals for lunch were pre-prepared or defrosted from frozen.
- the back massage was subpar and not the relaxing experience I am used to
- since we stayed there at the weekend it was incredibly busy. Most of the areas, particularly the panoramic pool, were impossible to use after 4pm. Considering the hotel takes COVID-19 so seriously with strict mask wearing rules, one would expect similar attention to social distancing would apply.
All that being said I would highly recommend the unique experience of staying in this hotel and will likely return!Written 23 November 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. An unimpressive gondola is bringing the skiers from a large parking lot to the beginning of the ski area. An ancient T-bar and platter lift are bringing the skiers to the top in the middle of a great landscape. From there different slopes are inviting to ski all day. I like the slopes through the food very much. The place is nearly empty and great skiing is possible.Written 5 April 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Giuseppe GPieve Emanuele, Italy79 contributionsit's a small fortified church with a walk all around from which you can have a beautiful view on the valley below. It is in a high position probably to have the possibility to view the enemies in advance and to find protection inside the walls.
Church has a very spiritual atmosphere with nice paintings and frescos insideWritten 5 June 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I had planned a tour of the Alps and a stay at Bagni Nuovi. I think I remember that the structure was restored years ago and I must say in an exemplary manner! Very beautiful rooms take you back in time with very beautiful furnishing details. I will definitely be back! Negative aspects...maybe the parking but not much, then in the very good breakfast included in the price they asked me extra for an omelette.Written 22 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Blossom SArzignano, Italy793 contributionsI'm not go inside when visiting this Chiesa just outside because the is in the middle of the mass. But I see the very beautiful municipio, library, hotel and little bar around. Very beautiful little city.Written 11 September 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Anne W7 contributionsThe service and bikes they provide are perfect. We rented two e-MTBs. They provided us with the bikes with full batteries, helmets and a map to the Cancano lakes with clear instructions.Written 18 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
