Amazing beach and great for family.
Really clear water, calm water makes it excellent for swimming, kids playing and paddle boarding.
Amazing spot and well worth it.
The only downside is a bit of a walk from the car-park

Water is clean and very nice, as is the beach. Not too crowded when you go early. Definitely recommend this beach !

A hidden gem. A long walk there but ok for my wife and the dog. Clothing optional so I chose not. Quiet in May but sea cool. Bring shoes to wear in water as rocks and sand, whilst lovely, is quite coarse.

Great spot and not far from Platja Castell where plenty of parking available.
We snorkel and paddle board from Platja Castell.

My wife and I have walked "the camino de ronda" in many different areas of The Costa Brava. This is , without doubt, one of the most attractive stretches both north and south of Palamos. Beautiful sea views and lovely fishing villages.

    What a super little museum.
    Staff excellent.
It was very cheap to enter.
A film in the beginning then wandered around the 2 floors looking at exhibitions.
There is a lovely old boat in the centre of the ground floor.
    Well worth a visit.

We were in a party of six organised by a friend. We did the tour of the winery under the expert guidance of Elena. Aside from the wines themselves, the most impressive thing was the winery. It's underground: it is constructed of quarter inch steel plates, recycled from a WW2 era merchant ship, and cut to fit the required purpose. The caves where the wine matures are exceptionally dark, hardly lit, so our mobile phones helped avoid too many stumbles or collisions. After we emerged, Elena served us some glasses of Brugarol wines, starting with sparkling ending with a full bodied red. They are superb, as are the olive oils produced here, which we sampled.

We did find this location whilst there was a streetmarket.
It was as market should be. Like the most markets price to high. We found Strawberry s for almost the double price and Dorade fresh fish.

A gorgeous parish church showcasing a stunning Gothic architecture with a vintage accent and stunning golden sculptures and art installations. Open to the public on a daily basis, this lovely church is well worth the effort to see if in the area.
