    Rocky beach
    A little crowded place but live and bustling. If you are driving then it becomes little tough to find a suitable parking place. But, a must place to visit in Puducherry

    Good beach
    Rock beach as the name suggests has lot of big rocks lining up the shore so it's not really accessible along the complete strip. The area around rock beach is a happening area and pedestrian only which is a great initiative. It's highly recommended during sunset.

    Beach with beautiful views but needs to be cleaned regularly
    Serenity Beach is located near Kottakuppam, which is more of a fishing village than a typical tourist attraction on the outskirts of Puducherry. A narrow road connects the beach to the ECR. The development of this as a tourist attraction has considerable potential for improvement. Although the beach has beautiful views, it needs to be cleaned because we can see rum, wine, and whiskey bottles, as well as papers with food waste on them. Walking on the beach is challenging.

    Nice area for a walk
    This seams to be a popular park for the locals. A lot of families with kids . Not manicured or pampered but a nice place to stroll.

    Midst of fishing boats and ghats
    Public beach with fishing boats, bit dirty, alos has ghats for cremations
    There are better sections of the beach I would think to visit

    Huge waters but not much else
    Maybe we hit a wrong time,or perhaps the changes in the water use pattern are driving away the birds, but this really didnt seem to be worth the long drive out unless you like to just sit and gaze at a man made water body with nothing else to enliven the view.

    Well maintained beautiful garden
    This garden is a part of the huge Ganesh Towers residential complex in the central business district of Pondicherry. I loved sitting in the lush-green grass at the middle of the garden, listening to the chirping of birds in the mango trees.

    disappointing trip
    Nothing much to write about !!!

    I stayed at hotel shenbaga from 2-7 march 23 . had a comfortable stay with good spread of morning breakfast buffet.

    By the way this is my 2nd trip to Pondicherry ( puducherry ) after 28 yrs

    The most gorgeous beaches
    Veerampattinam Beach is one of the most beautiful places in Pondicherry sightseeing. This village holds an integral place in Pondicherry’s history and hosts some of the most exuberant festivals. It is known as one of the most gorgeous beaches in south India and attracts a lot of tourists. Visitors at Veerampattinam beach can also watch the fishermen who work with their traditional nets to catch their daily fish.
