This long and sandy back is not far from Dungarvan and one sign on the street points towards it. It’s fairly easy to miss, though, as we drove past it at first as well.

It was really lovely in May already, so I bet that it's rather busy in summer!

Myself and my son had a brilliant rally experience today with Tom and Shane. Great facility, well set up and maintained cars. But above all the instruction and patience they provided was excellent. The thrill of driving a Mark2 and trying to master handbrake turns in a safe environment was great.
Highly recommended this experience for a unique insight and to get the adrenaline pumping.

We were in Dungarvan after biking the Waterford Greenway and ran across this. Was worth the visit as we strolled through town, but not worth going out of your way for.

What a gem of a historical museum. We could have spent more time than we did and, unfortunately, it was the last site we explored in this area. It should have been the first. Nice layout, easy to absorb the information, and so many interesting displays to see, but it’s not at all overwhelming.

Wonderful old church and graveyard overlooking Dungarvan Bay. Very calm and spent twenty minutes here admiring the local swift colony, a rare sight in Ireland. Grounds were immaculate. A real hidden gem in the heart of Dungarvan Town

We had the excellent opportunity to visit this fine brewery. A very nice moment with a dedicated guide. Fine beers and a good tasting after the presentation. This microbrewery feels realy genuine, and a nice alternative, for a visit, compared to the other giants (breweries) in Ireland. Wish you all the best! Greetings from Sweden.

A working crafts centre with items in leather, felt and ceramics all being made on the premises. Excellent quality. Very well produced cards and books are also available. The art gallery upstairs had a most interesting exhibition being prepared when we visited. Quite the best craft place I have seen. Just across the street is the superlative Barron's bakery and cafe. Up the road is Cappoquin House and Gardens. The perfect day out.

The Tourist Information office is well located on the Main Street. It offer advice on both the town and surrounding area plus where to get a room for the night.

This review is long overdue. Tried the seaweed bath last month. My skin felt fantastic afterwards! I really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to go back again. The facilities were spotless, the staff were really friendly & welcoming even though we were late arriving after taking a wrong turn... topped off with a delightful coffee and view of dungarvan bay.

Played this about fifteen years ago and went back with a group on a weekend outing. The trees have all grown up a lot and it's considerably more challenging. You need to drive straight, but it's a good course, some interesting holes, and the greens were lovely when we played, fast and true

I have been playing this course every summer for many years but this year it is in the best condition that I have ever seen. The course is a good golf challenge with a nice variety of holes. The front and back 9 are quite different with much of the back 9 along the coast.
Clubhouse very welcoming of visitors. Good menu and decent food.
Lots of open events during the summer with green fees for visitors as low 15 euro.
