Great walk. Worth doing. Walk throught the tunnel that goes under the edge of the crater to access the interior and visitor centre. Admition is $5. We'll worth it. I recommend the self guided audio tour. It explains the military history of this site.

This is truly a humbling and somber trip to the National Memorial in Pearl Harbor. You get to appreciate the sacrifices and heroism displayed that fateful day and take time to reflect internally that freedom is not free. Definitely take the opportunity to visit. We did the standby early in the day to avoid congested commute times.

This is an absolute must visit for everyone. From the moment you step onto the grounds you are transported back in time to that fateful day in 1941.

The exhibits are meticulously curated, offering a comprehensive and respectful tribute to those who lost their lives.
Walking through the museum, you are engulfed in the events leading up to and following the attack on Pearl Harbour. The artefacts on display are incredibly moving, each one telling a story of bravery, sacrifice and resilience.

The highlight of the visit is undoubtedly the USS Arizona Memorial. It is a profoundly moving experience to stand above the sunken battleship, paying homage to the sailors who remain entombed within its hull.

This is a 5 star experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Hawaii.

We loved the look back at the history of the royalty on Hawaii. Getting to tour the palace with the audio tour was the perfect experience.
The only thing I would recommend is having headphones to connect to the listening device, so you don’t have to hear the person’s next to you.

Well worth the stop especially if you enjoy history. She is a beautiful ship and should be seen by all. My adult sons felt this was their favorite out of all the sights of Pearl Harbor.

We loved everything about Hanauma Bay, even that there was a fee to get in. The view and scenery are worth the small fee and we do recommend that if you goto Hawaii....you need to go and view this spectacle of nature!

An awesome and unique challenge! Doable with lots of breaks going up. Mind over matter and steady footing on the way down.

Busy but Beautiful! I guess it’s to be expected, going after Christmas and before New Year that it would be busy. I’ve never seen Waikiki beach so busy. It was still beautiful and enjoyable until someone decided to put their towel right on mine. Can we not respect at least a one foot between people. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for. Personal space people.

Not only were the views from this trail Breathtaking, we were able to see baby humpback whales, playing out in the ocean. There are steep parts on the trail but still worth the views.

The Bishop Museum proved to be a hidden gem, offering a nice blend of educational and entertaining elements. Its well-curated displays, immersive exhibits, and friendly staff make it a worthwhile destination for anyone interested in Hawaiian culture and history.

As a retired submariner, I’ve been to a few submarine museums, and I think this is the best one I’ve ever been to. In addition to the World War II submarine USS Bowfin, the museum has two large halls. One hall is devoted to World War II submarine operations in the Pacific and the other hall is devoted to submarine operations since the end of World War II. Both are very informative and very well done.

We visited the Cemetery on our way back to Waikiki from Pearl Harbor. It was nice to end our day walking around the memorial, reading the information and taking in the impressive view.

If you have a car on Oahu, don't miss going to National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.

It was an impeccably wonderful stay at the heart of Hawaii.

I felt like I was pampered and relaxed.

I have only a few hiccup on the overall stay!

Interesting museum about US army history focused on Hawaii. Lots of history and learning here.

    Well organised with written explanations.

    Has a gift shop.

Free admission with signing of guest book required.

A guided tour would be good.

It's near the beach and the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
