He made the whole trip very enjoyable with his humour and clarified all our questions . We could see his love for the island and intent to make sure we had a good time . The tour itself covers lots of major attractions and we didn't feel rushed at the stops . Our tour guide Mike was great value, plenty of interesting facts and stories, but also plenty of jokes - he really made the tour enjoyable during the drives and was always willing to cater to the needs of the group. It was a really good vibe the whole day.
The swimming with the turtles part of the tour was excellent, with mask and snorkel provided. He gave us the freedom to choose which activities we would get the most out off. He was also smart enough to change the lunch location based on the traffic conditions. He stopped the vehicle at the best viewpoints for clicking pictures.
The only suggestion I have is to consider increasing the time spent at the Dole Plantation so that we could try out the train ride and/or the visit to the World's largest garden maze out there.

We got to see some amazing things, and the tour company struck just the right balance between our time on a bus and our time walking around outside and seeing some of the Big Island’s best sites. It was also completely seamless to hop a quick flight from Honolulu to the big Island. The tour company arrange the flights once we booked the tour, and there were absolutely no snags. Our youngest son snorkeled with us like a champ with a life vest. We got to explore places we would not have gone to by ourselves and enjoyed every minute. We highly recommend this tour. We had a beautiful lunch at Turtle Bay resort and enjoyed a visit to a coffee plantation and macadamia nut farm. Eva truly enjoys her job as a tourist guide and it shows in her attitude and presentation.
