- timhieucalgary67 contributionsI bought holo card $2. at ABC store and added a day pass $7.50 for unlimited 24 hour ride. After that, I paid $1.25 or $3.00 per ride depends on bus driver. Some driver took $1.25 when I said I am senior, other request some addition form that I didn't applied. I take a picture of fare but don't know how to upload here. Thank you all for giving me information for my trip. One week passed quickly, I am going home.
PS: on Feb 2, because wesjet delayed, I missed my connection flying to Honolulu and have to stay at LAX Airport for the whole night ( no accommodation or voucher for food from airline), so, I paid in advance at hotel in Honolulu but sleep on chair at airport. 🙃Written 8 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They take the time to listen to your needs and guide you to the appropriate car size. So easy to work with. - cliuVancouver, Canada7,130 contributionsFirst time using Charley's taxi from our apartment to HNL airport and without a contact phone on our part. Charley's taxi was so helpful in reassuring us twice that the driver will be at our apartment on time. Flat rate $38USD plus tips which is very worthwhile. we told them that we will be downstairs by 7:20am so the driver can see us and sure enough, the driver came by 7:25am and spotted us. He was very helpful with all our bags and he drove a Toyota Sienna so all our bags can fit. We are extremely satisfied and impressed by Charley's Taxi reliability and service. Everyone working at Charley's is awesome! When we return in Jan 2026, we definitely will be using Charley's again and I think everyone visiting Honolulu should also use Charley's iso metered cab. We saw lots of interesting attractions, including whales. - Jennifer E1 contributionThis group is top notch. We used them the last couple times in Hawaii. They were very prompt, willing to make last minute changes and very easy to deal with. Immediately responded to emails. Drivers kept us updated of where to meet (along with pictures of vehicles). We used them 3 times in a two week period and were very thankful for their prompt service. - Kevin H1 contributionOur ride in the Super Limo was fabulous! From the pickup at the airport to our hotels and the return trip. The limo was by far the best we could have asked for. We have used other companies in the past but we will definitely be calling for this limo on our next trip. The driver was very professional and very helpful. When I first contacted the service to get information Tina was informative and pricing was reasonable. She explained everything for us. - Maurizio GMenlo Park, CA1 contributionWe used this service in Maui to get to and from the hotel. We were traveling with young children; they provided a car seat for our little one and we had an entire minivan for our transfer at a very reasonable price.

Our volleyball club needed a way to get from the hotel to the airport and to take us to specific tourists spots - Diamond Head at Sunrise, Waimea Falls, Stan Sherriff arena. They handled all our requests like pros and the vehicles were immaculate. Shout out to James,Stan, Alena, Johnny, and a fourth driver that I didn’t catch his name! My husband even surprised me with a lei when we landed. Both drivers were friendly and gave suggestions about places to go. Definitely will use CLIK again when we come back!! - Melissa MCleveland, OH6 contributionsStaff was very friendly and efficient, but communication regarding pickup both at the airport and at the hotel was poor at best.
Upon arrival to the airport the pickup location was just the address of the airport. I assumed there would be a sign or some way for us to know where to go from baggage claim, but there was not. I had to call to figure out where to go, and there seemed to be some confusion about where we were, where to go, and why there was an issue. Once we got that figured out, the experience was great.
We were scheduled to get picked up from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Our confirmation email clearly stated the pickup location to be the main lobby. After the driver called us, we discovered the hotel had changed their pickup location some time ago to the bus depot, but the email information was never updated. Two drivers told us they have asked this information to be changed and it hasn't yet been updated.
