- Rocco53meetingWeymouth, MA76 contributionsThis was such a fun, unique experience! Did this with my husband as a surprise and he loved it. They let you choose your own music and can record yourselves in the room with a little phone stand. Took us about thirty minutes, wish it lasted a little longer with more items to smash. The staff was really nice and accommodating, and the event space itself was really cool. I liked the vibe as soon as I walked in. Overall, a very different and exciting thing to do!Written 28 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TJMcHughKuna, ID44 contributionsWe had two people in our group who hadn’t tried an escape room before but our host explained the process well. We all had lots of fun. The escape room itself had some high-tech features that kept us highly entertained. We escaped!Written 12 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Derek BSioux City, IA16 contributionsWe went for the cats, didn't smell like tons of cats, cats were very playful and wanted a ton of interaction. Coffee wasnt the greatest, but it was good.Written 25 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Joe MDetroit, MI1,447 contributionsJust stayed here for a business trip. Loved the view and the restaurants. The people here are so nice. Great service. The pool is small so get there early. The only issue I had with the place is the beach chairs. You have to pay for beach chairs via another company or something. I never got it. We had to pay a big resort fee but it did not include a place to sit at the beach. Really. Was not happy with that. The hotel also needs a few upgrades, but over all I liked the place. The food is very good. So make sure you have a meal or two here.Written 31 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - cctsc36 contributionsI don't understand the harsh Words for rebecca's business. My friend and i did a session together in early may and I had a blast. Sure, we changed some clothing in a public bathroom and we got in the mermaid fins on the beach, but why would that even be a problem? And what does it matter that she has her things in her trunk? Let's face it, it's a small business run by a young woman who likes what She's doing and I was happy With the result. it felt Weird at first, but afte a few photos it was just plain fun. My friend and I had a blast, and we got the photos just a few days later, and after choosing which ones we wanted, it took maybe a week to get the edits. Not long at all, I think. I really likes this, and you have to be realistic - it's a small business and it's a LOT of fun to be part of a shoot like this. Maybe all photos weren't amazing considering how the framing was Done (maybe the fin was left out or the hair when lying on the beach etc), but that's no big deal, and i guess it's hard to see when you are taking Pics in the strong sun. My friend and i were very happy With the experience in total, and i think you Will have fun doing this, at least if you are open minded and realistic!! I had a blast!Written 28 May 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- HockeyologistMinneapolis, MN48 contributionsWant to hang out with the locals? While all the tourists are on the beach, head to Hawaii’s only ice arena for open skating — it’s a party — seriously. It cost $18 to get in, but that also includes skate rental. Lots of skaters of all ages on the ice. There’s music, and a mix of regular lighting and “moonlight” (think disco ball) lighting. They even throw in games, like the limbo. It was also fun to see how some skaters do tricks like they are on skateboards.
If you’re not into skating but want to tag along, there is lots of seating next to the rink, along with an arcade area full of video games.
Want to have a birthday party there? There’s also a whole upstairs area for that. Also, lockers, a rest room and a kitchen area you can order food from. I’m designating this ice arena a “hidden gem”. Cool off and check it out!Written 4 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We all were able to play a few games and our 8 year old was pretty happy in getting to redeem his points back in to get a prize.
+ best for older kids, teens, adults
+ use of a card was more handy then a pocket full of coins and tickets to redeem
+ easy to find in the mall - bottom floor by escalator
- not many games for toddlers and young kids
- could not keep track of how much card credit we had left
- games do not tell you how much each game costs (card)Written 27 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Graphics are so realistic that I truly felt like I could fall off the edge. Combines problem solving and teamwork with good clean fun. Full of surprises and excitement. Best hour of our time here. - PTRBIGEBA364WCHonolulu, HI434 contributionsWe celebrated our son’s high school graduation/19th birthday at this establishment and it was fantastic!
Although pricey, it was well worth it as the heavy pupus were abundantly delicious and the video gaming section was spectacular. All of our guests (both teenager and adult) enjoyed themselves in this premiere setting.
We rented the lanai section which places you in between the activity of the video games and mall. As we celebrated we were able to enjoy the Stanley Cup on the big screen televisions as we requested. Fun, fun, fun!
The service was excellent! If you want to plan an event, Justine will service you well. We cannot recommend this place enough. Outstanding!
If you desire to hold an “event to remember”, then Lucky Strike Social is the place!
Good food, good fun, excellent, and unique. Schedule your next celebration at this establishment based at Ala Moana mall.
