So glad we took a chance and decided to try this yoga at sunset class overlooking the beach! It was such a lovely experience, relaxing but also a much-needed balance to all the hiking that had made us sore throughout the week. The instructor was really accommodating, understanding of all different abilities and adjustments that needed to be made, including for my pre-teen who joined in lieu of my spouse :) The judgement-free atmosphere was such a nice reprieve from the usual "go-go-go" mentality we have during vacations in a new place. Very reasonably priced as well.

My sister and I loved Gloyoga! Julie, our instructor, was awesome. The view of the ocean, sunset, and calming breeze was the cherry on top to yoga on the paddleboards.

During our 6 day stay in Waikiki, we went 5 times to the sunset class. Instructors are extremely competent. Excellent communications with owner and instructors. Made our life easy

Had a fabulous full body massage and enjoyed it fully. The ambiance is great and the spa clean, well stocked and has a great view and roof top space. The staff is very professional and welcoming. I would return again when in Oahu! Fa'a fe tai Infinity Spa!

If you are looking for fitness, tranquility, and personalized service, look no further than Still & Moving Center. I recently joined the "New Connections" membership and couldn't be happier. For the first three months, you are able to enjoy unlimited virtual classes that allow you to participate from anywhere around the globe. The first three months are $99 with their new introductory price! With classes such as Hula Dance, Turkish Belly Dance, and Feldenkrais just to name a few, this is a location that offers superior service at a great value.

I encourage anyone who is committed to maintaining their fitness level as well as spiritual calm, to embark upon this amazing Center. It is impressive, welcoming, and extremely useful!

My boyfriend and I took a class with Heather and we had a great time! We are both non native speakers and Heather was very nice, easy to understand and took her time to explain all we needed to know! I like doing yoga and my boyfriend doesn't really see the point but we both enjoyed it and laughed a lot. If one day we go back to Hawaii, we'll take another class for sure! It was very peaceful and relaxing but also challenging and we fell quite a few times.

I find the yoga sessions on the beaches of Waikiki a bit too laid back and too zen. I see that we are a mixed bag among the participants so yes the class need to cater ot all. But the fact that holiday makers take time to for a session, it means they are serious and wants something out of the experience that a lot of breathing and stretch positions being held. I never got my power flow sadly nor a sense that I had a workout of any kind...that made diving into my malasadas and Kalua pork indulgences a bit less enjoyable! :P

We are on an around-the-world trip with multiple stops, Waikiki among them. It's a pleasure and a challenge to find yoga and/or Pilates while traveling. This is one of the good ones! Easy online booking, nicely paced one-hour morning session under the eponymous palms -- the perfect way to start the day.

As a former President & CEO of two start-up companies and a Pilates student for 10 years, I have the unique perspective to understand the challenges and opportunities Beyond Pilates faces running its business and serving its clients during a pandemic. Admittedly, I was concerned, at first with my safety. But, the attention, and care with which Diana Wrobel, the Owner and Lead Instructor, focused on cleanliness protocols of the space and the equipment before, during and after each use. These set my mind at ease including air flow throughout the space, limiting the number of people at any one time and distancing in the studio. The bottom line, I felt safe with her and in the space, period.
Then we got down to work. Granted, I choose studios and instructors based upon their focus, attention to detail and technique. My approach: I am there to do it right and they are there to make certain I do. I felt her instruction was spot on, always seeking to help me improve and focused on the goals I had set in the beginning along with her professional guidance to make certain I meet them. The equipment is top notch and she is a great instructor challenging me with encouragement and additional new exercises and machines I have not used in my 10 years in Pilates.
I HIGHLY recommend Beyond Pilates Studio and Diana Wrobel!!

Never done yoga before and it was really fun. Amazing doing it right in front of the ocean sunset. Instructor was great. Would definitely do again on our next visit.

I have had 8 yoga classes over a period of two weeks (retreat vacation) and the place and teachers were very professional and kind. I am like new now and definitely would strongly suggest the place. The place is in an office building, but it is decorated with taste, secure, very clean, provides yoga mats and other equipment, as well as very tasty filtered water, and is very easy to walk from any area in Waikiki. The classes are definitely worth the money; I appreciate a range of subscription options.

Very good! The studio is minimal, washrooms are in the basement and there's small change rooms at the back for one person. For visitors like myself, it was great to have donation based payment and no sign ups or reservations required. The class itself had good flow and minor adjustments when required. Park at Ala Moana and walk over to save yourself headaches.

Some of the most highly qualified instructors all in one studio. Studio is bright and clean and has a wide variety of services. Also very close to Waikiki and Diamond head.
