- Bill HAberdeen, UK96 contributionsAfter checking the weather forecast, I ascended Cnicht starting from Coresor village in perfect conditions to arrive at the summit via a bit of gentle scrambling to enjoy the fabulous views. On heading down the other side the weather changed in moments to mist, hail and thunder and lightning and I got soaked to the skin. No harm done in the end, but it was a good reminder of the changeability of mountain weather even at modest elevations (below 700 metres).Written 18 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jilly2903Llan Ffestiniog, UK1,935 contributionsMe and Hubby had a look around here on a recent Wednesday. It is now Grade 2 listed and was built 160 years ago in 1858. There is a plaque outside which says it was built through the generosity of Mrs. Oakley of Plas Tan-y-Bwlch. We liked all of the colourful stained-glass windows. We had a friendly chat with a local lady (a Church member). We had a wander around the triangular churchyard and saw some interesting gravestones.Written 27 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
