Matt was really helpful and these were the bikes were great - nicest bikes we've ever rented. This was a great way to see New Orleans!

To answer The main question you have in mind as you clicked on this review, YES you should sign up and take the guided night ride!

We had a group of 7 and after choosing our bikes and Eric adjusting everyone’s bikes for comfort and some quick instruction for everyone to stay safe, the music was cranked up and away we went! The ride was great fun and the guide included stops at the Superdome for pictures then the warehouse district Frenchman’s street and the French quarter for drinks.

Eric was a great guide. He was super friendly, planned a great route, and picked fun stops. He even changed one stop for us (on bourbon st.) as we had already spent quite a bit of time there. He also created a play list from our requests and mixed in several songs from local artists.
All in all this was probably the most fun our group of friends had on this trip. We would highly recommend it!

I called around to several bike rental shops looking for a ride other than a touring bike until I found Bicycle Michael's. They rent many types of road and city bikes, no touring. Bikes offered are single and multiple speed. I rented the bike I wanted, a helmet with a good fit, and a kryptonite lock. They were very flexible in the fours out and back time. Many shops restrict rentals to either morning or afternoon. There are several paved paths out of the French Quarter, including the shores of Lake Pontchartrain.

I am from South Africa and rented a Road King HD for a few days to get around and do some outrides while we parked our RV in a campsite. When I got to EagleRider NOLA my bike was ready and waiting with my name on it in the parking lot [of their new location at 2428 Williams Blvd, Kenner]. The staff was super helpful and I was on the road in no time. The bike was spotless and had low mileage. A memorable experience thanks to Al and his team!

Rented the 6 person car and drive around the Garden district and French quarter. We had fun. $129 for 4 hours. I would recommend that you upgrade to the luxury model with power steering. The basic was hard to steer. Fun way to see the city. They go about 20 mph.

The entire process was flawless. Ryan was keeping me informed about everything. Called the day before and the morning of delivery. His driver, Chris called when he was on the way. I ordered 2 scooters for my sisters. We were on a fairly busy French Quarter street and he asked us to meet him a little down the street as to not block traffic and inconvenience other drivers. As he was unloading and assembling them, he wanted to make sure we were familiar with driving. He shined them up and we were ready to roll. Chris came to pick them up as well. Called when he was close so I could be waiting for him. We were on a street that was very narrow so Chris worked very fast to get them loaded so he would not impede traffic longer than necessary. Good experience. Thanks Ryan and Chris.

We did the three hours Segway city tour with Rod. He was really good pointing at facts and telling history about the city. The full tour is very safe and a quick way to see a lot of the city.

This tour was an absolute 10 out of 10. I highly recommend booking the small boat because you'll get a more up close experience. My 22 year old daughter and I had a boat that seated 9 with three groups total. Dalton was our guide and was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, funny, and you could tell he really loved his job. He even gave alligator 'Rachel' a marshmallow and kissed her on the nose...right in front of us. It was amazing. He even stopped to help a fellow captain with his engine issue, such a great guy. Made us all feel comfortable and safe. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this part of our trip. For anyone looking for some swampy fun, this tour is a must! p.s. you don't get wet. If you're lucky, you might get pin size mud balls pelted at you from zooming through the swamp.

After seeing a group on a bicycle tour, we thought that would be fun, but the weather was too hot to be pedaling. As a group of 8, we decided to rent these awesome scooters instead. we buddied up and rode around town for about 3 hours. Never did we feel unsafe as far as cars riding close to us or honking. you should book from Big Easy Scooters!

Found Wheel Fun Rentals while looking through Groupon. The deal was $37 worth of cycling or boating for half price.
We hopped on the Streetcar on Canal Street with our Jazzy Pass and rode it to the end of the line at City Park. Wheel Fun Rentals was a short walk from the stop.
My wife's family used to go to City Park when they livef but she was not born in New Orleans but heard much about it. It was somewhat nastologic for her
We presented our Groupon to the staff and picked out a double coupe. We only rented it for an hour but that was enough to see the whole park. The massive oak trees with Spanish Moss hanging off them were magnificent.
You could not go every where with the bike but you got to see pretty much the whole park even if it was just as you were cycling by. We did stop for a few pictures.
Overall Wheel Fun Rentals was great and a good deal by using the Groupon. My only complaint was that the hour rental of the coupe was only $26 but our credit was $36. I felt that we should have been offered a couple of poweraid drinks but no big deal. For the $18 it cost for the Groupon with no additional out of pocket expenses, it was still worth it.
