They were in constant communication and were always prompt for pick up and delivery. The vehicles were very clean and the service was excellent. - ELLEN C4 contributionsI dont think 5 stars is enough! Reuben is absolutely the best by far! He makes you feel like family from beginning to the end! I had a very chaotic group, and he was able to handle my crazy requests with so much ease. Even when we had a grumpy customer, he offered to stop to get her a drink to cool off. He had a sign made to meet my clients at the airport which really made it easy for the older crowd to find him, then took us to Port of New Orleans and picked us up. We had a LOT of bags but he made it all work! Lynette was very dependable, very friendly and indeed very caring. She realy looked after us very well. We enjoyed a safe ride and some good local info shared by Lynette. Within moments we were all loaded up and on our way to our Hotel on Frenchmen.
During the very comfortable ride he described some of the points of interest and shared some interesting history New Orleans. It was out first introduction to the city and southern hospitality.
We pre-arranged our return airport ride and he arrived on time and happy to see us all again.
If you need transportation in NOLA, he and his company should be your first call. You will be glad you did. The driver started lecturing over the speaker about covid, that everyone should be wearing a mask, and how New Orleans tests waste water for covid. He played the music we wanted to hear, stopped whenever we asked him to and was a very conscientious driver. I can’t say enough about this company! We were very impressed with theLimousine cleanliness and style. The lighting was impressive and we all had a wonderful time! This made our Christmas very very special! Thanks again Emmanuel! - DianeH7050Citrus Heights, CA482 contributionsWhile visiting New Orleans, with my dog and dog stroller, I thought it better to take a taxi to visit rather than trying to find parking, paying whatever and have to search for a space at the motel upon return. Reviewed online information and chose United Cabs. Called to confirm that a dog was welcomed and he was. Requested the service and arrived very quickly. Very kind and courteous driver. Most helpful. Arrived at Bourbon Street to start the walk. Upon return, requested same cab company in similar location. A second very nice driver. Both fares were close to the same. Additional tip for superior service. Made the trip a much more enjoyable experience. - Teri WSun Lakes, AZ2 contributionsWe had a group of 16 going on a cruise and needed Transportion from the airport to hotel, hotel to pier and pier to airport. Kerry provided us with exceptional service. He communicated where he was at all time and made sure we were at our destinations on time. On our return trip from the cruise we had a problem with the cruise ship coming in 5 hours late. We all had a flight leaving at 2:30 and we weren’t abele to get off the ship until 1:10. Kerry communicated that he was on standby and would be there as soon as we got to the door. He mad sure we felt secure by advising us that we would make our flight. We made it to the airport and were able to make our flights.
