The day we went there was a magician who was wowing the crowd. For this street is clean, classy, upmarket, has unique little gift shops and cafes and has retained its old world French colonial charm.

Walk the whole thing before you by as the same item varies in price up to 5 dollars. So much hype. The food is amazing and the hotels are great.
