- Theo H1 contributionWe recently used King and Queen Limousine service to book a coach bus. We went to the Six Flags with our extended family and friends and needed a big vehicle to fit us all. We booked a 40-seater coach bus which was brand new, had WI-FI, music, water and most importantly had a bathroom on board. Driving from the city there took us long so, having lavatory on board was crucial, especially with kids on board. Our driver was also super nice and accommodating. - SummerFamilyVacationHouston, TX27 contributionsPickup from JFK airport to hotel. Pickup Instructions given not clear. Pickup driver did not greet, just grabbed suitcase to put in trunk. He did not speak with us at all and did not ask for drop off verification. He was taking personal calls while driving and looking at phone while on road . “Due to traffic,” he told my family that we would have to walk 1/2 to 1 block to get to hotel and that is what he did. Looking at situation he could have dropped us off in front of hotel. Very disappointed at lack of professionalism. Also used company for hotel to JFK drop off. Same thing. Different driver did not even greet. Again, he did not verify drop off location. Our driver confirmed the day before and provided his cell number. He arrived 30 minutes early! The drive was a difficult one but he handled the traffic calmly and professionally. What an unforgettable start to our nyc holiday and special birthday surprise for my mum. Richard was extremely helpful with all my questions when booking and Lincoln our driver was beyond lovely, getting in touch fairly quickly after we landed letting us know where he would be parked. As soon as he seen us he was helping with our bags, showed us inside the limo (it was immaculate!) with drinks on ice and helped us connect to the Bluetooth to play our own music.
There are no hidden fees, what you see on the site is what you are charged.

He was pleasant, efficient, and a great driver! He was patient with our group of 5. The seating in the van allowed all of us a great view and comfortable ride. Dealing with Kamil was easy as well. They were picked up on time at their hotel in NYC with no issues. The driver was at out facility 15 minutes prior to pick up time again with no issues. The email communications were very helpful to know exactly what was going on. Car comfortable and water provided. Once we arrived in Newark, they called me to let me know our driver was waiting for us. We had booked a Sedan, but got upgraded to SUV both out- & inbound. The drivers are professional and cars extremely well-kept.
Upon leaving our hotel in Manhattan our driver was 30 minutes early, which was a benefit as traffic that day was particularly bad.
