Nice little spot in Central park where you can avoid the crowds. Only saw a handful of people while in there and there were plenty of places to sit and relax.

Jackie Robinson Park has gotten so much nicer since they finished the renovation of the park. The paths are well landscaped and the benches are nice to just sit under the trees to relax. They even have artwork in the park now with a silver reindeer statue.

The pool is now open so it can be noisy in the park but still it is relaxing.

I love coming to Muscota marsh when I am visiting the Inwood neighborhood. This serene little park is right next to the Columbia University Boathouse and Baker Stadium. It is one of the most inviting places to visit in the neighborhood and some of the beautiful views in Inwood Park.

Don't miss the West Harlem Piers Park at the end of 125th Street near the new extension of the Columbia Campus. It has the most breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the Palisades, the coolest breezes on a hot day and a nice place to sit down.

There is some interesting art work in the park that you should see and it is a nice place to take your lunch and eat it by the river. It is just a nice place to relax and enjoy the views.
