We couldn't enter because of something going on there, but we went to see the graveyard. Saw Alexander Hamilton's grave.

No need to be French to love Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris.
Take a fascinating, exciting and fun trip through the centuries to experience her history and restoration. You will be amazed at the graphics. The images draw you in with a well written, beautifully curated text. You can learn as much as you want. I can’t wait to go back

This was a really unusual tour but very enjoyable. It was freezing and because much of the tour was outside in the graveyard we were lucky we were well wrapped up. Our tour guide Jimmy Boyle was brilliant- so full of energy and knowledge.. not just about the cathedral but about N York in general
I would recommend arriving early to catch the video about the cathedral as there’s a lot of info you get on there that’s not included in the tour. We spent all the time in the graveyard and the catacombs but we would have liked the tour to include more of the inside of the cathedral itself, but overall a really interesting, educational and fun experience

A meaningful stop-in that was a welcome, reverent reprieve from the busy streets of NYC. This was my favorite church in NYC, I found it to be more peaceful and serene than St. Patricks.

The memorial at ground zero has left a lasting impression on me and only increased my sense of solidarity, even though I'm not an American or have any sort of deeper story or connection to the events, other than the common sadness and shock everyone felt around the world. I liked the quietness, the messaging and the symbolism of the memorial and felt the execution of it very dignified and tasteful.

It was a quick visit. People and the entrance were kind and let me in with my baby. It's a simple and small temple but it shows a deep love for their culture.

Riverside Church is a magnificent structure and an inspiring house of worship, especially when they have the handbell and choir concerts. The Church is situated adjacent to a park along the Hudson River offering a wonderful sunny day outside venue.

I was stunned at the architectural beauty of St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church on Park Avenue in NYC!

On a recent visit, my daughter and I decided to go in. The mosaic ceilings, artwork, woodwork, and feeling of the entire church was so carefully mastered. It had a Byzantine feel, a wealth and elegance of days gone by. The mosaic ceiling is an absolute must-see for anyone who appreciates fine art. I will be back again to read the mosaics.

First sunday of the month is Holy communion. Get there by 10 30 to get a seat, as it gets busy. We were blessed to come to this special place through a wonderful connection of a couple who actually were Scots but now live in China through his work with the british government. The wife was a dear friend to our son. The young husband came to this church over ten years ago through his friendship with a young seminarian who was part of this parish. The children loved the service as well. The leader or Bishop of this Parish is the Bishop James Garylord who preaches the word of God with knowledge and grace. You will feel welcome just entering the parish hall. The Choir is outstanding, the band does a great job. This parish is a very active part of the Harlem community and currently this quarter theme is " What the word of God can do for you". I loved the fact that the bulletin allows you to enter sermon notes and also to mark scripture to review when you get home and reflect on the actual service that transpired that Sunday.Helpful notes to enter of what to read in your bible daily as well.
The church family sponsors their annual outreach crusade from August 8th through 12th. Every day there is Noon day prayer Sunday school on starts at 9 15 am. Parking is great in the area as well.

Design of another age and one of the few nourish designed temples around I. Addition to one on Hungary that has been restored. Their social programs are awesome and I have been associated through several relatives who were members. It is a must see for people who love architecture.

I always go to this mosque for jummah and taraweh prayers. I recently moved to Michigan but whenever I go to NYC I definitely go visit this mosque. The women section is very nice and spacious. Truly amazing!

Special and privileged place where you can talk and pray to Mother Cabrini. She is a powerful one and the subject of a recent film on her pioneering life. Her work with immigrants and poor New Yorkers remain an exceptional legacy that we should recover. Thank you, Saint Frances!

I poked my head in here on a Sunday evening and they were in the middle of Mass 'for young people'. Is my worst nightmare but actually the choir was very subtle and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming and it felt as if everyone there was friends.
