Great museum, if you like Edward Hopper this is the place to go. The architecture location are beautiful also, right at the end of High Line. I just felt they could give more space to the permanent collection and not just one floor.

Great rotating exhibits and a new permanent display on the Presidents. There is a lot to see but this museum is next door to the Museum of Natural History and Central Park so it is often overlooked. Great for research and a good store.

I could not have thought of a more fitting title!! I happen to enjoy Italy and pizza and cannolis and mob movies!! It is all very fancy but I have no money to be going to Italy!! I went to this market today because I wanted to look at it!! It had a ton of stores but I didn’t buy anything!! It also had some interesting novelty pictures which I will add to my collection of weird things I’ve seen!! The stores had pastas and sauce and cannolis and pizza but there was no mobsters which was good for me!!

This is the ultimate toy shop. We went for the JellyCat Diner experience. This didn't disappoint. A little pricey , but you expect this in the city.

BG is always fun to visit. Start at the top if you have never been there. You will be astounded by the home decor and accessories department. Look for the bunny plates and napkins and china. Fun! The staff in all departments is first rate and never stuffy. Just helpful and they love to chat when not too busy.

The Strand Book Store at 828 Broadway is a must see for every book lover. This place has books galore ranging across countless topics on multiple levels. Plan some time here. If you get claustrophobic (like me) be sure to take some deep breaths before venturing in - because you do have to venture in! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I haven’t gone to the M&M store since I was a kid. I forgot how awesome it is but also super crowded (which is to be expected) 3 floors of fun though! Wish I could have spent more time here but was in a little bit of a rush & had to make this a quick visit. I went here primarily to get some of the fun colored M&M’s from the dispensers on the 2nd floor. Soooo many to choose from!! A little pricy at almost $10 for 1/2 a lb but I feel like it’s all part of the experience. Would have loved to explore some more but there’s always next time!

My last visit was quick and smooth and will be coming back again in the future. I usually didn't have to wait very long to get the items that I need!

A fabulous experience in the ‘Blue box cafe’ for my 60th Birthday. Not a huge menu choice, but the traditional ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ experience was amazing! The staff even presented me with a candle and ‘Happy Birthday’ chocolate.

We stopped by here whilst visiting the famous Katz Deli nearby.

The store is very well stocked with a wide variety of candy at reasonable prices. There are items from all over the world. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A good place to pick up candy if you're in the area.

On the negative side - far too small a store for LEGO on 5th Avenue.
On the positive side, we did not have to queue to get in and whilst in there, we had a great time.
The full size yellow taxi was great fun and, for us, all the exhibits were interesting but for real enthusiasts I can imagine they would be disappointed at so few large scale or unique exhibits.
It was the shop on 5th Avenue that gave us the most fun but we were surprised at how cramped it was and really feel the size of store does not do the company justice.

We have been going to American Girl for decades. We had such a great time. Our nieces took their dolls to get their hair done and then went to tea. The staff was great and the store was well laid out. We had not been since they moved the store and this one was a big improvement.

Was lucky enough to be staying just up the street from this UWS legendary store on my most recent trip!

I took advantage of everything, from bagel and salmon sandwiches, to knishes, to delicious chocolate malts. And I filled a bag with goodies to take back to L. A. (It's the water...)

    Will be back, of course!

If you are Harry Potter fan, put this store on your NYC list to do. Need a wand to defend the Dark Lord? HP has your wands from all your favorite characters. HP provides a variety gift ideas from chocolate frogs, Rubeus Hagrid shoes to fill. The famous London telephone booth,
9 3/4 platform sign, stationary with your favorite quill and, of course, books. Which house are you ?? A Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherianor, or Ravenclaw???. HP has your supporting scarf or cape. Don't forget to stop and try butter beer or their dessert, including Harry Potter Happee Birthday cake.

They have everything Hershey you can think of. The salted caramel and strawberries and cream candy bars are fantastic! Also the dreamcicle Twizzlers were great. Can't wait to go back and get more!
