Went Saturday night to the 7pm show. Friendly staff, some very funny comedians (a couple not so funny) and then Chris Rock turned up.as the final act of the evening which was good.
We ordered nachos which weren't great and it is very compact so not really comfortable to eat at your table.
An enjoyable evening though and worth a visit if in New York

We attended the Gotham All Stars Show and it was loads of fun. Very good comedians and attentive wait staff for drinks and snacks.

I have been to NYC many times but have never ventured to see a comedy show.

My daughter tried to get us into The Comedy Cellar but unfortunately no seats.

We had a great night here it being our first night of a four day getaway.

The comics were a mix of different styles all great !

You have to come and see for yourself it was a fun night .

IRTE IS BACK AT THE PRODUCER’S CLUB!! You can see a Broadway show for $150 or more per person -- or you can visit this off, off Broadway venue (right in the heart of the theatre district!) and get an evening full of entertainment for only $20-25 bucks! The Producer’s Club is one of the best kept secrets in New York City – only it’s not a secret to veteran theatre folk, those developing new acts and plays, or those who use one of its small, comfortable theatres as a showcase spot. An iconic spot in midtown Manhattan, at 358 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036, it’s where you can see repertory troupes, such as IRTE: the Improvisational Repertory Theatre Ensemble and their season of hilarious, improvised shows, each themed and cast with seriously funny folk who can bring you a load of entertainment and laughs for a small fraction of what other NYC shows cost. The Club has several different small theatres and most importantly, a well-stocked bar! Patrons are also permitted to bring their drinks from the bar into the individual theatres. The only drawback of The Producer’s Club is that it is not wheelchair accessible. But enter on 44th Street, right off Ninth Avenue, where you are also in the thick of theatre district restaurants for dinner or snacks before or after a show. The new IRTE show of the 2024 Fall season is “REMOTE,” conceived and directed by Robert Baumgardner and starring IRTE regulars: Evie Aronson, Nannette Deasy, Todd Exler, Natalie Hunter, Sam Katz and Jamie Maloney, and featuring live music by John Munnelly. THIS FULLY IMPROVISED SHOW will run Fridays & Saturdays, November 9, 10, 15, 16, 22, 23 & December 6 & 7, 2024, and runs from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets $20 Online or $25 Cash Only at the Door. Season Passes and Group Discounts Available. Google IRTE (Improvisational Repertory Theatre Ensemble) for tickets and more information. Parental discretion is advised as “improv” can be … well …spontaneous!

We usually go to the Comedy Cellar when in NYC, but decided to try the Stand this time. It's a very nice club, with good food and cocktails, with less cramped seating than the CC. The show is in the basement, while there's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. There's lots of space to hang out in the upstairs bar and have a drink, while waiting for the doors to open for the show, which happens about 15 mins prior. You can order food while watching the show, or make a reservation for the restaurant upstairs for dinner before the show. The comedians were good overall, the final one making me laugh so hard I cried. Great way to end the night, so we'll definitely be back! BTW, they also offer a show in the restaurant upstairs and on the patio when the weather is good, but the main show is in the basement.

Huge shout out to the comics who performed the night I got to go. They were truly phenomenal. I've been to several comedy clubs, and most are worth a chuckle or two, but this place had us in stitches. I can't credit the mandatory booze you must purchase, either, since none of us could even taste the alcohol. So, 5000 stars for the entertainment; 0 stars for the horrible overpriced (non)alcoholic drinks.

We took our teens (17 & 19) with us to see ASSSSCAT 3000. The show can get racy at times, but nothing they haven’t heard in an R-rated movie. We enjoyed the improv comedy, both for the laughs and because it was interesting to see how the comedians work through it. The price for tickets is right. They serve alcoholic drinks for a fair price. The neighborhood isn’t great.

We went to see Zarna Garg last Friday night. Hilarious. The club has a super convenient location with a parking garage RIGHT next door, small easy venue, and I owe a huge shout out to the comedian/manager Felicia who responded to my Instagram message and found my expensive new sunglasses that I left at the table and set them aside for my son to pick up! Hope to be back soon!

I heard about this place and dropped by to see the Improv Jam which was like open mic night for improv people. I had a couple beers at the bar and enjoyed talking with Randy who was very sharp and was able to explain a lot about the Improv process. The Jam itself was just people working from a word given by an audience member. There were slow periods but there were some really funny moments and I enjoyed seeing people work at it. It was a very casual supportive environment and I had a good time.

Great places! We had a good time and a great laugh. It is very refreshing comparing to the other comedy club in Manhattan. I recommand it for a fun evening in Brooklyn.

Cool venue with an incredible video system for live streaming! I've been to Triad Theater multiple times in-person, and I've also watched several of their live streams.
Watching a Triad Theater live stream is just like watching a concert on TV because of all the different camera angles they use. These guys are ahead of the game!

Beautiful, clean, new look to a cult favorite spot. Drinks and food are affordable with a super hospitable staff. Shows are enjoyable because of recognizable talents that are frequently booked but also a nice place to just grab a drink.

Best place to be in the city! NY is the Mecca for standup comedy and the best place to see comedy in NY is New York Comedy club.

I brought my husband and our 5 children to the club we got great seats and received excellent service. The comediennes were so FUNNY. I’m a Christian but their dirty material was too funny to care.

The popcorn was delightful. I enjoyed a margarita maybe by a charming little server. I don’t remember his name but he seemed delightful. I would come back just for him. Except actually not cause that’s Ridiculous. He was nice though.

This place doesn’t serve food but I was satisfied and fulfilled by the bonhomme I felt from the laughs and love of the club. 5 stars! 5 stars 5 stars! I’d bring my kids back again. If little Bobby has to pass the 6th grade. I hope he does, he’s been struggling in social studies more than a raccoon on roller skates.

The comedians were OK but we the staff was extremely rude! During the show they took our credit cards to the back for payment (without asking of notification) and when one lady said she did not like this way of working the staff became very rude. Then she said she did not want to pay the tip that was charged, and they became even more rude and started screaming at her. Personally I also did not like this way of working and found the staff very unkind and rude.
