Yes, this is a sports stadium best experienced in a sporting event, namely baseball, but has hosted football, hockey and concerts; however, there is a reason it is number 1 in this historic colonial city. It is a MUST SEE American venue with loads of sporting history, a true American Gothic facility. A relic of a bygone era, before the automobile but after the age of steel, this stadium highlights the days when clustered cities nestled civic venues into specialized local spaces that allow for unique oddities. Bathed in an almost Celtic green, the stadium is easily recognized from any view. It is further distinguished by features like the huge left field wall, known as the "Green Monster" to the triangle shaped outfield bleachers and unique right field corner that has the famous Pesky Pole. This a MUST SEE attraction in Boston whether you like sports or not.

While you can see it anytime, the best time to see it is an event and especially a Red Sox game. We made a point to come back to Boston on our New England trip to experience a game. We had right field box seats, very close to the Pesky Pole. The pole which is the shortest distance from home plate in the major leagues at 302 feet is covered in signatures. Here you have great views of the press box, Green Monster and outfield triangle. We were very lucky to experience a quick Red Sox 3-1 victory against the White Sox with a game winning home run over the Green Monster in the home half of the 7th inning. All in all it is an amazing venue with tons of sports and American history that is a fun place to visit for families or couples. One of our group's favorite experiences in Boston.

As a Canadian, I actually really enjoyed this. We did the full trail end-to-end and there were so many cool spots we never would have seen otherwise. I would absolutely do again.

It is interesting but it is also really well done as an experience in a different way with new ways to interact and present the story. You wont regret doing this I assure you

This is an incredibly historic place featuring a beautiful architectural scene. With restaurants that serve incredible food to places marking the start of the Revolutionary War and the birth of America, this is the best place in Boston.

I’m so glad to have visited during fall when the trees started changing, though it’s beautiful every season. The only downside is the people smoking weed and asking for money.

We visited on a lovely day. We enjoyed a nice walk around the common and took in the city views. Lots of people were enjoying a nice still throughout this park.

This tour was so informative I wish we would have done it in the first day here! Our tour guide was well prepared and answered every question we had. He made learning on this tour fun. I loved every minute.

We took our almost 5 year old son here and spent a total of 4 hours on Saturday 12/28/24. There wasn't one part of this place he didn't love, except when we got into the Tesla Coils show. He said he was scared and I think it was more the crowd size and the anticipation of noise. Otherwise, he dragged us all over. He loved the Big Bird/Sesame Street Planetarium show. His favorite exhibit was the Boston Dynamics Robot Dog. He could have watched that forever. We ate at their cafeteria which had decent food, nothing special, but it had an incredible variety for a museum. We got in for free since we belong to a reciprocal museum in another state so that was a pleasant surprise too! Can't wait to go back!

This has long been an important food market serving old Boston. It once fell into disrepair but has since been redone as an attraction for visitors and a fun place to buy some food or other stuff. You will find it very crowded and in the center of town.

An amazing historic ship. There is a security checkpoint and visitors center to go through prior to boarding the ship. The visitors center has a film, a large gift shop and restrooms, it is air conditioned. The Constitution is beautiful, access to the lower decks is by ladder and the access way is tight. Below decks are roomer than expected. There is a ranger on board to answer questions. You can take as much time as you wish. The shipyard also has a WW2 era destroyer that is often open to public. There is a water taxi operated by the MBTA that travels to the Charlestown shipyard from the Boston pier.

You cannot come to Boston and not stop at Quincy Market. Quincy Market has all kinds of dining options for whatever you may be looking for. While there you can also shop at some of the small stores. It is a very cool place to people watch and just hang out.

Absolutely enjoyed this bucket list location, inspired by Soul of an Octopus. Nicely arranged aquarium with excellent educational information at every turn. Rated a 4 star only because of a confusing sign toward the gift shop which actually led to the exit of the building. The gift shop was closed for renovation, which was not clear from the signage.

Lovely area of the city to walk around and part of the Freedom Trail. Good views from the area and a lot of the streets were dressed up for Halloween when we visited so it was fun to see how crazy they go! The monument is very tall and I imagine the views from the top are good but we didn't go up.
