- StephenCrossDublin, Ireland31,887 contributionsIt’s the usual display of duty free goods and looks the same as every other one you have been to see.Written 28 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bernardo FNew York City, NY14,993 contributionsIt was a nice airport gift shop, and certainly if you're on a lengthy wait for your flight, you can peruse and look over all the souvenirs and gifts they have. Priced for an airport. After securityWritten 11 May 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Paul D3 contributionsOrder has not arrived a week after scheduled date. Customer Service are not interested in resolving the issue. Now having the laborious challenge of the refund through the bank. Advice, there’s loads of options out there, stay away from these amateur kids.Written 12 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Andrea G1 contributionJust as I was going through TSA the handle on my carryon jammed, unable to telescope closed and broke off. Given I was going to be on a multi EU city trip I was grateful there was a luggage store right before TSA called Travel and Leisure in terminal E just before security! They carried a large selection of Brookstone and Samsonite hard and soft cases in carryon and checked spinners and many other items. I was able to purchase a Brookstone on a sale special and transfer from my broken vase to the new one easily and be on my way! The new case held up just fine. I also saw many people in a panic whose checked bags were overweight purchase new cases in this store, which was much less $ than paying bag overage fees!
I wish they would carry more brands!Written 21 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A decent selection and the place is nicely organized and displayed.Written 11 May 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TheRealSnowmanPictou, Canada64 contributionsPurchased two bottles of wine at this Duty Free shop, that ended up being 85% and 45% higher in price than what one would purchase at a regular liquor store in the USA. A Kendall Jackson, Cabernet Vintner's Reserve was $28.00 US at the Duty Free, $19.00 US average price in liquor stores. Kendall Jackson Chardonnay Vintner's Reserve $24.00 US at Duty Free $13.00 US average price at regular liquor stores. Talk about being ripped off....especially for those who do not know the price of every bottle of wine. Still awaiting email reply from their head office on this....will update when I get one...but doubt if I will. Thought it was against the law to have such FRAUD>Written 13 November 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
