These people are so nice. I highly recommend if you’re wanting to swim in the bay, or swim from Alcatraz to the bay, you look up their schedule and do it with them. They help you with confidence, and make sure you’re safe. Listening to them before the swim, is truly amazing. They are all friends and so informative. They will take you in under their wing, and guide you.

Now that I've gone on 5 Body Synergy FitCations, I feel I can write this review with utter conviction: These trips, curated by Lisa and Peter, are inspiring. The small group perfectly cohered, the events and challenges were invigorating and the hotels and restaurants chosen felt lavish. As a 72-year-old woman traveling on my own, I’d never get a boat to take me to isolated beaches, or hike to a town accessible only by boat or on foot, or take a local cooking class. Body Synergy FitCations has opened a world of delightful new experiences for me. From morning yoga class to hiking up a mountain, I’ve had the chance to push my boundaries and stretch my abilities. Thank you, Lisa and Peter! I can’t wait for my next trip with you!

This was cool! Water biking was kinda like kayaking; you get to be on the water, powered by your own strength and self-determining where you go. But compared to kayaking, water-biking has a more comfortable posture, has a better vantage point, and has a higher chance of staying dry.

I appreciate that Damian is the owner and founder. Since he was also our guide, he’s a full 1-man show, and I liked the experience better knowing he’s making it happen.
