    Comfort is a necessity as you travel
    Long haul travel is not easy. And comfort is a necessity. The service staff were excellent. They are accommodating, friendly. polite and anticipated our needs. The lounge provides delicious options from the menu, timely prepared and served warm, complete with dessert. My most favorite part for any lounge is I get to shower before boarding another lengthy flight.

    Great cocktails
    Big lounge with many options for seating, although almost full at around lunchtime. They have a line system for à la carte sitting area and waiting time of around 50 minutes. So if you have time, good to check in first thing, then enjoy a cocktail at the bar with one of the best bartender with great suggestions. Food were all good in small portions but nice like tasting menu. Didn’t try the buffet but a bit crowded with helping staffs around.

    Don’t Fly Delta or Join their Sky Club
    Delta has a new policy that won’t let you in their club more than 3 hours before your flight even if the club is only slightly occupied. This is twice in 8 days I’ve been denied and here are pics to show you their policy sucks. I’ve talked with supervisors at LAX last week and SFO tonight. I have 1.6 million miles on Delta and have been Diamond or Platinum Level for almost 20 years. Yeah thanks for your loyalty. I’m calling United
