    Very cool! If you have the time. Walk the bridge! It took us about an hour to go and come back. Stay to the right if you are a walker.

    The San Francisco Bay Bridge is a stunning piece of engineering. It’s visually amazing and really eye catching. Worth a photo.

    Located adjacent to AT & T park, it is an example of a heel trunnion type bascule drawbridge. Not very aesthetic to look at (Golden Gate and Oakland Bay are better by far) but it functions well. Worth a look if you are at AT & T. I drove across it to park in the lot just across McCovey cove and walked back across after walking around China Basin Park to tour AT & T
