Good, if on a tour as a tourist to San Francisco. Enjoyed and will recommend, if one has time but is not much do. Took the morning tour and if on a holiday can/should visit.

Walk across it, or bike it. We loved the views of it on the way as we walked from Chrissy fields and then across and down into Sausalito where we got the ferry back to SF. One of our best days in SF.

One of the best places in san francisco if you want some entertainment and nice eateries and restaurants. Different things to see and to enjoy. Outside you can admire the sea lions having their break...

Even if you don't really care that much about baseball, this is a neat place to visit and catch a game. The beautiful stadium is built right on the bay, offering a fantastic view. I recommend getting seats in the upper deck to really take in the view (they are also a little cheaper). I was surprised at the number of boats that pulled up in the harbor for several minutes to catch some of the action. I don't think they could actually see the field but were just looking at the stadium. Although the Giants hit a home run, I would have loved to have seen one hit over the short outfield stands into the water. Maybe next time. It was fairly easy to access the stadium using the subway.

Be sure to walk to the top for great views of the steep streets and coit tower, that was better than actually standing at the bottom and seeing the street itself.

From the 900-foot peaks, you can see the entire city sprawl out before you, along with the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay. Great spot for sunrise or sunset photos.

    - Parking can be crowded, especially during peak hours.
    - Be prepared for the wind, wear something warm just in case.

The overall location is quite vibrant and joyful which allows spending high-quality time. It is cheerful and full of tourists. The region includes popular and picturesque piers, malls, and shopping outlets like this nice marketplace.

Great views of the city and GGB. Lift not working though and think will be out of service for a while so be prepared for a lot of steps.

Chinatown was super fun and a great cultural activity. The only reason I’m not rating 5/5 is because we got there kinda early (9:30 am) thinking we could beat some crowds and nothing was open. We were then told things don’t open there till around 11 and even after waiting around a bit it was still slow till about noon. Don’t go till noonish. Otherwise it was very cool

On our trip, we entered San Francisco across the Golden Gate Bridge and the first site we stopped at was Fort Point. Various forts have been constructed on this point to protect San Francisco Bay since 1784 when the Spanish constructed Castillo de San Joaquin near this site. The current version of the fort was constructed from 1854-1861 and then modified in 1892. Forts like this are interesting to visit, since there are not many similar historical-type forts in the US. It also provides a great view from underneath the Golden Gate Bridge as it stretches out across the San Francisco Bay. The fort offers guided tours and has a small theater with a short, informative film.

If you like chocolate, this is the place for you. There are other shops and restaurants too, plus a lovely lookout towards the historic ships and ocean.

Wonderful views from up here AND if you want to see the "Painted Ladies" you can kill two birds with one stone. The park is really lovely to walk, and on this Saturday there were tons of dogs (I am dog obsessed) so I was in heaven watching them all running around. We had trekked up here to check out the Painted Ladies, but the treat was the views of the skyline (great photos!) and the lovely park itself. Proximity walk to Hayes St. was great for us as well to walk down and have a late breakfast.

An imposing building in the city, but unfortunately surrounded by lots of homeless people. For the film buffs out there, this building was used in The Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

The San Francisco Bay Bridge is a stunning piece of engineering. It’s visually amazing and really eye catching. Worth a photo.
