My wife and I had never been on Segways before, but your informative and attentive pre-tour training was sufficient. Your tips & encouragement on the hills were helpful too.
You took our group member's tumble very calmly and professionally.
As a photographer, I also enjoyed taking photos from the dead end roads that one could only bother to go to on a Segway.

We showed up at the designated location 15 mins early and no one ever showed up to pick up us. We called the contact number and no one answered. We called Viator customer care and they called the company and no one answered.
