    Outstanding experience!
    An absolute pleasure. It felt like going with a friend and not a tour guide. Cheryl was knowledgeable and shared facts in a fun way. When we had to rearrange our route due to road closure, there were plenty of alternatives to chose from. The views were out of this world. Don't hesitate to book, or email Cheryl if you want adjustments to a specific tour. Will book again when we come back.

    Review of: Hurricane Ridge Olympic National Park from Seattle
    A great day in Olympic National Park
    We had an excellent experience visiting Hurricane Ridge and Marymere Falls in Olympic National Park. Cheryl made us feel at home right away and conversation flowed easily, turning the day into a great family outing. We learnt a lot about both Seattle and the parks. The SUV was clean and comfortable, and the snacks were great! Cheryl was also very mindful of our time constraints. We recommend her highly!

    Review of: Mount Rainier Tour from Seattle
    Private Mt. Rainier Tour!
    This was a wonderful tour of the bottom third of the mountain with views of the entire peak! The best thing about the private tour is that regardless of your conditioning, your level of adventure, or your particular interest, this tour allows the flexibility to see and experience what you want (within reason, of course!) The guide was knowledgeable and they allow you to take the basic tour and customize it. I really appreciated the flexibility with my 13 year old sons enthusiasm and provided a one of a kind unique experience for us! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Rainier and not be shoved into a cattle bus. It's totally worth the price difference (if any), especially since we were coming all the way across the country from Florida. A truly unforgettable once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Cheryl's Tours!

    Review of: Whidbey Island Deception Pass Private SUV Tour
    Great way to experience greater Seattle area that's not just about downtown!
    First time in Seattle, and we like to know local flavors and get a "lay of the land". Really easy to book and communicate with Cheryl. Scott was fantastic, affable, knowledgeable and totally flexible with what we wanted to experience from the tour. He gave a lot of insider tips and insight to the history, character of Whidbey and surrounding area. Was really cool to learn about the natural landscape as well. Definitely experience the mussels in Coupville! Never had fresh caught, straight from the water to the plate mussels before. Happy that we got to experience an aspect of the greater Seattle area that's not just about downtown!

    Review of: Seattle Tacoma Airport (SEA) to Seattle - Arrival Private Transfer
    High Standard Airport
    The airport was so ncie that it was the first airport that I saw that is very clean and very neat. The employees are great and very accomodating. Some part of the airport was a bit confusing on where the busses are located. But theres nothing to negative about the airport. I had a very nice experience and I will make it as a standard for every airport that I will go to.

    Review of: Rainforest Adventure Olympic National Park Private Tour
    Fantastic Tour
    What a grand day we had in the Quinault Rainforest hiking and taking pictures of the beautiful green surroundings. We took many photos it will be hard to choose favorites. We were very impressed with Cheryl's knowledge of the different plants, trees and history of the areas she took us to. She was very willing to accommodate us in every way. We would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone who wants to tour the Pacific North West.

    Review of: Mount St. Helens Full Day Trip
    Wonderful day out
    Janet was delightful, it was like a personal friend took us out to see Mt St Helens. Very easy to coordinate, Janet picked us up from our Hotel in Seattle and drove us to teh Park. The visitor Centers were very informative and Janet herself was a wealth of knowledge. Had the Volcano Burger for lunch , which was actually quite spicy! My wife Monica and I had a wonderful time, Highly recommend!!

    Review of: Mountain Scenery & Gondola Ride with Lunch
    Great Personalized Experience
    Cheryl picked us up promptly at our hotel in downtown Seattle. The SUV was clean and we were provided with snacks and water bottles for the trip to Crystal Mountain. Cheryl was a wonderful guide who provided us with a lot of interesting history and information about the area on the way to and from the mountain. It was a refreshing change of pace from the larger group tours we have taken in the past because we were able to have a real conversation with the tour guide. It felt like we were spending the day with an old friend or family member who has lived in the area for a long time. The gondola ride to the top of Crystal Mountain was relaxing, and we had great views of the surrounding mountains with our lunch. We were not rushed at all and had ample time to enjoy the wonderful views of Mt. Rainier, which was clearly visible on the day we visited. For those wanting a change of pace from the "standard" tour format, I would highly recommend this tour!

    Seamless. Stress-free Pick Up
    Received a text message from driver even before I collected my bags. Our wait was approximately 5 min at the curb outside of baggage claim and drive pleasant. Car was clean and comfortable. A seamless experience.

    Review of: Private Arrival Transfer In Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
    Its ok.
    2021-June, mask is mandatory.

    Pre Check TSA lines up in Security 4.

    There was only one TSA officer so the line was a little long and slow (but was still faster than the regular security check).

    My Southwest flight, that was delayed for 2 hours, departs from Gate B which has McDonald's and another restaurant.

    For every 2 seats, there are electronic outlets (2 electrical sockets, 1 Type C, and 1 USB). Seats are ok.. plastic, non-cushioned.

    A little messy compared to DEN airport. No water bottle refill station in B gate. Women's bathroom always have lines- about 2 to 3 ladies in front of me (well, for the 3 times that i went).
