What travellers are saying
- LesaSeeRockwall, Texas11 contributionsThis is one of the most beautiful places in Dallas. I am a local and we go regularly. Our membership has allowed us into lots of gardens around the country and this is still one of our favs! If you travel to Dallas in March you have to come and see all the amazing tulips and other spring blooms! Quite a show. If here in December, the garden is a real treat with its 12 Days of Christmas "snow globes" The grandkids are enchanted with them--much more so than they are with Santa, who also makes appearances!Written 8 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Matthew HHuntsville, AL158 contributionsSpent over an hour walking the displays and listening to the various movies playing in the museum. It was enjoyable - didn’t learn anything new about JFK but felt it was a fair and interesting place that discusses the lead up, assassination, and aftermath. Even some discussion and movie/video about the reasons why folks believe it was a conspiracy.
Take a few minutes to go upstairs (above the museum floor with the exhibits) as it offers views that are haunting.

Standing 561 feet tall, the tower's distinctive geodesic dome is a highlight of the city's skyline. The observation deck, known as the GeO-Deck, provides stunning 360-degree views of Dallas, especially breathtaking at sunset or night when the city lights up. The interactive touchscreens on the deck offer engaging information about the city's history and landmarks. The rotating restaurant, "Five Sixty," adds a fine dining experience with panoramic views. Overall, Reunion Tower is a must-visit for anyone exploring Dallas, offering a blend of history, modern technology, and stunning scenery.Written 22 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Marion TDallas, TX2 contributionsI had a great time at The Dallas World Aquarium! It’s more than just marine life, you’ll see exotic birds, monkeys, and even sloths in a rainforest style setting. The tanks and habitats are well designed, and it’s easy to explore. Perfect if you enjoy seeing marine and exotic animals up close!Written 24 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Khalaf KSharjah, United Arab Emirates324 contributionsThe Museum of Nature & Science in Texas is wonderful museum combined the Nature and science with story telling of our planet.
The exhibits in the museum are carefully selected to reflect the museum theme. It’s good for family with kids at all ages with a learning environment for all. You can spend easy 4-5 hours without getting board if you are a history and museum lovers. The 3D show not much that interest compared to the misuse itself. Kids and adults both can learn and enjoy.

The food trucks are well organized with a listing online so we knew which one would be parked where. They do need numbers on their spaces so they're easier to find. The lines at all food trucks were reasonably short (about 15 of them) and the wait time for the food good. We sat in the park and ate. The playground looked and sounded like so much fun. This park is on an overpass which made it more interesting.Written 17 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - c22hubbTerre Haute, IN437 contributionsWe have been to a lot of zoos and I would sit. This one is slightly better than average. However, it was still a really nice zoo to go to. We went in the afternoon and the animals had all just been fed, which made them very active. This is the most active I’ve ever seen hippos so that was really cool. They have a fast variety of different animals and we were able to feed a giraffe so that was cool. There are not any other zoo experiences that they offer which is a bummer cause sometimes we’ll do those.Written 13 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - worleybird98Hudson, OH916 contributionsDealey Plaza is technically an area with two reflecting ponds with fountains, located near the grassy knoll and school book depository. However, people refer to Dealey Plaza as the entire area that encompasses where and how John F. Kennedy was assassinated. You have the grassy knoll area, with signage that explains where everybody was at the time of the assassination. You have a great view of reunion tower, you can visit the fountains and reflecting area, or you could go another block over and see the memorial that was erected in Kennedy's memory. Then, if you have time you can visit the museum as well. This whole area tends to be very busy, even now so many years later. If you go into the parking lot behind the museum, and walk back towards the train tracks, you will find the bridge that goes over the overpass that is just past the spot where Kennedy was shot. The view from the overpass gives you a nice different perspective of the entire plaza area. So be sure to check it out!Written 12 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

We bought an iPhone at Apple store at Northpark two years ago.
